Thanks for the feedback and update. We are sorry to hear that the staff on some occasions have not been able to arrive dead to time for your mum's call. Sometimes, the timing could be out of the staff's control due to unprecedented circumstances, but My Homecare is working continuously to ensure that the team get to their clients within the agreed time window.
