Excellent service from My Homecare, they look after my mother who is extremely unwell. The carers are fully trained and professional and go out of their way to help our family. The carers can speak our language so when they deliver the care for Mum she is very comfortable with them. Highly recommended
to everyone who requires care.

My experience with My Homecare is excellent In every way. My husband is well taken care of. The carers are great and managed by a very experienced lady. This company is a very good care company with professional carers who are fully trained. They look after my grandma who has dementia. The carers go out of their way to help us as a family. The management is excellent and continuously keeps us updated with everything to do with care around my grandma.
They are honest and trustworthy.

We have been with My Homecare for a few months. We are very pleased with the service and the care manager. My mother has advanced Alzheimer's so it is very comforting to know that the care manager and the carer know how to deal with her. We would highly recommend this service.

I cannot recommend My Homecare highly enough! They have been taking care of my grandmother, and their service has been exceptional. The carers are incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive. They genuinely care about her wellbeing, ensuring she is comfortable and happy at all times.
The
manager is particularly supportive, always available to address any concerns or questions we might have. Their communication is excellent, keeping us informed and involved in my grandmother's care.
It's such a relief to know that my grandmother is in such capable and caring hands. My Homecare has truly made a positive difference in our lives, and we are deeply grateful for their outstanding service.

My homecare in Lincoln Road provided service for my mother. However, most of their staff were not trained or experienced in caring. Also, the management team were very unprofessional. Medication was missed and some medication was signed for, which was never given, hygiene was very poor and some days,
the pad was being changed without wearing gloves and using wipes to clean the private area.
