It's important to note, that we have indeed promptly addressed your concerns through our complaints process, ensuring appropriate actions to meet your husband's needs. Contrary to your statement our training is not a 3-day video programme. Our Care Workers undergoing a rigorous induction, including 5 days of classroom-based training and ongoing community-based onboarding. Competencies are assessed in real-world settings to ensure high quality care. We have actively participated in Multidisciplinary Team meetings to tailor your husband's care plans and manage your expectations. Therefore, we are disappointed by your review and have reached out to discuss further. Your feedback is valued, and we're committed to providing the highest standard of care.
