My use of caring care began in September 2024 and I have seen about 20 different carers in this time, all of which have been friendly, efficient and helpful. None have ever refused any of my requests.

I have never experienced such care. One staff member is a born carer. Another staff member was also a good carer. I totally vote for caring care every time. Excellent company caring care.

I have found that the care my mom has been given has been overall very good and we haven't had any problems. All the staff have been very polite and helpful when we have been dealing with them.

I have been using this provider for nearly 4 years. Staff are caring and professional. My mother is looked after carefully by all the 6 carers that come to her. The carer requested by me are the regulars I want to have continuity of care. Me and my mum have a bond with these carers. Office staff are
co-operative and always wanting to go the extra mile.

We have been using caring care services since my mother in law had a stroke a year ago. We cannot fault the service and car we get. All carer's have been very good in handling and understanding mum's needs. Carer's are well presented and well spoken. The management team have been supportive and are
always doing regular reviews, which is a good way to discuss any issues's and services being provided.

The carers are absolutely great they are looking after my wife brilliantly
Thank them from us. They visit on time every morning and check my wife
When washing and dressing her for anything untoward that may have happened
To her what I may have missed has my wife bruises easily now.
All in all
the carers are most trusted looking after my wife on every visit every day
Really great at the job caring for her many thanks to them.
This care as been so good for 11 months approximately since my wife became ill.

My main carer is superb and looks after all my needs. She also keeps on top of my physical health making sure when I need to use my 'telecare assistance needed; button that I do call for help and keeps a check on assistance being used as necessary. I am currently on the virtual ward all because of my
main carers insistence that I call for help. I am being treated for a chest infection and bronchial pneumonia.

My only gripe is to do with people who do the planing of carers visits. Myself I have a few problems where the carer tells me they are visiting me on next day then its someone else. I need stability in my life as seizures have affected my brain and structure needs to be constant so chopping and changing
carers is not helping before I had one main carer apart from his day off I understand the pressure on carers but people who do planing not so much the client gets to understand a carer and have a problem with them.

Have regular carer now as of the same since last year. Everything asked of her she actions. She comes more or less the same time every Day to help my Brother shower and put his medical creams on his body and collects clothes washing and places in the washing machine. The routine in regular and the routine
fits in wth my Day.

We have used this company for some time. I am embarrassed to say I never thought about leaving a review.
Well, in one word fantastic. Dad is 96 and frail. It's lovely to see that dad is being well looked after. This would always be of importance to me, but living 150 out is even more important. I
need care for dad that I can depend on, is flexible and meets dad's needs. This is that company.
A big thank you to all the staff, including those who deal with communication.

Found your service very good but at times I feel carers have been in a rush so no hot meal was given just sandwiches also his living space was untidy but once I addressed this issue we have received an excellent service.

I started with Caring Care in 2021, the care right from the start was amazing. At first it was my husband who was receiving the care but when I became ill the carers were quick to help me and the office staff worked hard to get me a care package in place. The carers became family to me and my husband,
so caring and helpful. I couldn't have been more grateful for them supporting me to get back to my normal daily routine and supporting my husband to the end of his life.

My nan's recently got out of hospital and Caring Care have been with her 24 hours a day. I cannot say a bad word about this company as they are fantastic. The administration team and the manager are brilliant they help with any query and are very efficient.
The carers have gone above and beyond to
make sure my nan's care needs are met. Overall very satisfied with this company and would recommend to anyone who needs a loved one looking after.
