My mum will be 102 in April it was difficult for me to trust anyone to help look after her. Premier as made the trust easy. From making inquirys over the phone across the board but most of all the carers, the ladies are amazing nothing is too much trouble and my mum loves them all.

Management - She is a fantastic head carer, she has been consistently professional, skilful and empathetic. Recently she gave me invaluable advice/guidance that helped me enormously to get further assistance for my mum upgrade to fall detector, new alarm system with better volume and prescription for
pressure stockings.
She is always a welcome breath of optimism and joy!

All visits from support workers are given to my dad are with respect and dignity. Always trying to interact in conversation even though sometimes is quite difficult as my dad is very poorly. Very friendly girls. Always a pleasure to see them.

Our carers are polite and professional all ways willing to go that extra mile when we contact our senior about any issues she always comes out and what ever the problem is she sorts it out excellent value for money and a excellent team. Thank you for your hard work. From our family.

My mum has been receiving care from Premier Community for a couple of years now since she was diagnosed with Alzheimers. My mum loves each and every carer that attends and I feel reassured that my mum is happy and receiving suitable care for her needs.
To top it off, at the end of last year, my dad
was also diagnosed with Alzheimers. My dad isn't requiring care currently but all the carers check in on him too to make sure he is okay too and always report back if they have any concerns.
If there is anything I need to ask, I can always count on the manager to pick anything up. I can't fault the staff here and can't thank them enough.

Prompt response. I would like to thank the admin staff and carers of Premier Community for their response to mum's needs this week. The admin team promptly responded to our call for assistance and all the carers that have been to mum this week have provided excellent personal care and emotional support
to make mum feel as comfortable as possible. This has been very reassuring for myself as mum's only family.
All the team this week went over and above their normal good standard of care provided to mum.

Dad has both personal care and cleaning support, and for both services I must say the standards are extremely high in all respects. There are very few issues and none to mention with most carers going above and beyond. I would like to commend a few members of staff who are so good with Dad; and two
more staff members who are not only caring and sympathetic to his needs but are seen by Dad as good friends who take the time to do their utmost for him, even if on occasions he does not appear to be appreciative of it.
In respect of the management, I want the best for Dad and sometimes request changes to his care, his medication, the visit regime, timings of visits etc. but nothing is too difficult or too much for the team especially the manager who should be commended for her help and assistance to me since we switched to Premier so time ago.

Our gran/mum is looked after very well from all the carers. Gran has said to the family that she is looked after and all the girls are very nice.
Any issues raised, we have spoken to the manager and they have dealt with the matter quickly.

I found them professional, caring, helpful if you ask for something.
Nothing is too much trouble.
At the moment we couldn't do anything without the help of carers with me having my cancer treatment.
A particular member of staff has been very helpful and supportive regarding my cancer treatment, she
always checks in to make sure I am ok.

The carers are very friendly, chatty and funny. They have brought my husband out of depression and suicidal thoughts. They all, without exception, do the very best for him, for which I am very grateful indeed.

We've had Premier a few months now and I've seen such a change in my mum, she's looking much better and I know she's happier. Every single carer is beyond kind and helpful, the communication is excellent. My mind is now at rest knowing she is safe and cared for. I feel as though I have my mum back now.
I would highly recommend Premier to anyone needing care for their loved ones.

After 3 months of carers that had no compassion or respect for my father, Premier Community were recommended to me and thank goodness for that. From day one the carers have been compassionate and respectful with a clear understanding of client's needs. They are also very supportive of other family
members. A friendly and very professional service which has resulted in close family feeling less isolated and alone. They keep me informed of what's happening and I trust them all. We could not have wished for better carers or a better service.

I like to go for a walk in the garden or up the road when it's fine weather. It is good when the carers take time to do this.
The carers are good and look after me well. I like to chat with them when they come.
