Your staff is generally very good but sometimes you put two learners together that do not know all of the procedures and the client has to show them what to do. Not good recommendation.

We were pushed in to using Aroma Care by the Reablement team. Spent over three hours with the site manager, we were told the staff were able to cook a meal for the client, they were excellent cooks etc. this was a lie, were not honest about the rosters and staring times, very cunning, they take your
business and then mislead the client. The staff use their mobile phones to write about the client without any consent, and when asked questions, the "so called manager", lost it with the client and asked the worker to leave the house in the middle of the shift. This is the kind and quality of staff and care providers the council endorses and promotes as care providers. Very poor quality of service, mislead, not upfront, and the staff we met were very badly trained, and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend them to any family as we witnessed first hand!!! within 4 days the deal was over, 2/10!!

Thank you for your feedback, naturally we are disappointed to hear your experience was not to your expectation. The care staff are limited in the service they can provide within commissioned care hours however a private option is always available for full meal preparation and from scratch cooked meals if required. Digital Social Care platforms are required with all home care providers and accessed by care staff via their handset in order to ensure full details of care delivered is recorded and monitored.

The service provided by Aroma Care is generally excellent, both in care and consideration for my requirements/needs. Carers are very experienced and able to adapt if necessary. Continuity of actual carer is sometimes an issue for me.

Aroma Care has looked after both my parents and just my Mother now as Dad has passed. The team are very friendly and have an excellent way with elderly people. They treat their clients with respect and I know my mother looks forward to them visiting. Nothing is too much trouble and I trust all of them
to look after Mum which is reassuring. The management are great and if something is not quite right it is not a problem to sort it out. A great team of people. Thank you.

Friendly, helpful, caring and professional carers. Always treat me with compassion and dignity. Very considerate and mindful both of my mental and physical health. Very adaptable and often go above and beyond when necessary. It is always a pleasure when my carer attends and they enrich and improve my
day to day life. I would not be able to operate without their excellent care. The level of care is consistent and every carer that attends operates to the same high standards, regardless of whether they are my main carer or a covering carer. Administration are always polite and helpful. The office is easy to contact. Happy to alter visits when necessary to accommodate hospital visits etc. Would highly recommend this care company.

Generally the care provided to my sister in law is very good. If we have issues with a carer we tend to sort the problems out with them. The main carer for my sister in law is excellent. They seem to have a good understanding with each other. The relief carer is not so good and tends to do as little
as possible and my sister in law has said she spends a lot of time on her mobile phone.

The carers at Aroma Care are excellent, they all work so hard and are cheerful, very respectful and put you at ease in difficult circumstances. I am never made to feel rushed and they are mindful of my needs before leaving. They do their best to accomodate hospital appointments and family visits.

I have Experience overall care from someone, the care and the support I am receiving from these carers are poor, staff always late to appointment sometime I will be finishing my appointment they called management, one day I called 27 times at office, no one pick up my phone to speak to me. 2025, the
the carer comes on and off on time, Too much to say so no space. I do not know if it's value for money.

Our relationship with Aromacare has been quite successful. The care staff are responsive and well trained. It has been possible to create a good working relationship with each one. Issues have arisen, but it has been possible to come to an amicable agreement each time.

Most of my experience has been good but I think most of that is down to the carer I have seen the most of. My biggest disappointment was when I had to ask for a woman to help me shower and a female carer came she was lovely but after was a failure mainly to do with time. By midday I had managed alone
and then to get to 7:40pm was useless I really need a good time keeper that is 9am and 6pm. Shower Monday and Thursday evening. If you can't do this I ask you to be honest and tell me. My situation is I have very bad arthritis moving in the mornings is almost impossible.

When two carers came it was generally the female who provided the care with the male (driver) sometimes just looking on, question why we should have to pay for two carers. I now have 1 carer on a morning only call and this is a male carer, question do you have any female carers who can drive? As a female
carer would provide more dignity. Carers sometimes arrive up to an hour late due to weather or traffic - they should call ahead if this is the case - it also means that the care is then rushed to make up time. When I cancelled the carer over one weekend you were informed, but failed to tell the carer, who turned up on a Saturday morning.
