They are punctual and do a proper handover to the next shift. They contacted me with any issues regarding my Nan's medication/food/physical and mental well-being.
Fantastic.

To clarify, the carer attending to your wife holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, as well as ongoing 50+ training and mandatory face-to-face practical training, which is carried out annually. All of our carers have the same qualifications and undergo this comprehensive training to maintain the highest standards of care. The carers and the MD were incredibly
My Nana was able to pass away in her own home, which was her wish and this was only possible with the care provided by Sylvian Care.
I cannot find any fault and the dignity and respect they showed her was so lovely.
I could not recommend them highly enough. Even when we had a water shortage the MD brought some bottled water round, which shows how above and beyond they go for their clients.
A special thank you to the two carers that were involved mostly towards the end I know she really appreciated your gentleness.
