The carers are extremely kind and caring. Always very polite + friendly. They have obviously been very well trained in caring for someone who is completely dependent on them for his personal care + mobility. They always treat him with respect. They arrive on time and spend the whole session taking care
of him. Without these carers he would have been in a home by now.

My experience has been wonderful, my only minor criticism is punctuality, but having said that I don't really care how late they arrive, as long as they arrive. I understand the client before me may have caused problems, or traffic may have been a problem. Overall your staff deserve and receive the
highest praise from me.

Thank you so much for the kind words regarding the staff being wonderful. I have also looked into the time delays for your wife which range from 5 minutes - 25 minutes from the scheduled call time. While we do endeavour to work to the exact times, it can be challenging if a client has additional support needs or there is particularly heavy traffic due to weather, etc. Regardless, we always look very carefully into client feedback and really appreciate the time you have taken to review our homecare service. Private homecare and live-in care with us is always available as an option too.

The carers are fabulous, very kind to my wife and always respond to her questions calmly. They cheer my wife up with smiles and chat and always listen and respond positively to all we ask or say. They're always happy to see her and very respectful and always leave our house tidy, and always clean away
properly. We look forward (four times daily) to seeing them. It would be impossible to manage without them now. We have got to know so many of the girls who are all lovely people, so young and with beautiful names and personalities. The carers always wear full PPE and are always prepared for their visits. The care company management have also been extremely helpful if we've had a small, but to us, important query. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you very much.

Our carers really do enjoy spending time with your wife as they know the value it brings to her to have people coming four times per day to support independence. Homecare services are only one part of our wrap around service.

All the team at Beloved Homecare Ltd have offered excellent, dignified, attentive and empathetic care of my father as he approaches the end of his life, due to heart failure. Both he and my mum are very pleased and satisfied with the care the staff and management have provided.

The staff treat me well. The only complaint I have is that it's difficult to remember everyone's name. I was promised a copy of the photos take to assist with this.

The team who look after my aunt are very attentive and treat her with courtesy. They arrive on time every day. They seem very friendly and are attentive. They carry out their tasks with care and are efficient. My aunt is very happy to be cared for in her own home.

The homecare team have been looking after my mum for the last two months. The best thing about the team is their reliability, passion, friendliness and thoroughness.
Each of the carers during the week and weekend has their own personality and strengths. One thing that would improve the service further
is consistency in patient-led care - making sure they are all listening fully to the patient.

Beloved Homecare has been looking after my wife for nearly a year and has always shown the utmost respect for her when carrying out their duties.
They undertake their work professionally, with dedication and with a smile that lightens their tasks and demonstrates the caring attitude they possess.
It
has to be said however that rather than a dedicated team, it becomes obvious when other carers attend, the home transfer process of my wife by sling and hoist is not as coordinated and as comfortable for her as it otherwise would be.
Overall, however, all carers are smartly presented, always on time and the level of care they provide meets the needs required.

Beloved Homecare has provided carers for my sister, who is terminally ill, since March this year. Initially two calls per day but now four per day. One hour in the morning and half an hour on the other visits.
The carers are lovely and professional. There has been the main carer for my sister for
the past three weeks. I cannot speak more highly of her, she is respectful, professional, caring, prompt and willing to do absolutely anything to make my sister's life more comfortable. We quickly developed a relationship with her and she anticipates my sister's needs. In fact, she is an angel and I am sure her other clients feel the same.
I would have given the review five stars if I was just reviewing the carers - wonderful girls, all we have met - but this is a review of the service and I am disappointed by the lack of continuity of care.

I am sorry to read your disappointment in the lack of continuity of care. Having reviewed the care services we provide, I have seen that since care started in April 2024 only five carers have been involved in the care of your sister. I have spoken with my coordinator who has also confirmed only two carers are supporting your sister for the month of July. It is vitally important that we provide suitable time away from work for our care team as they work incredibly hard. I do hope you understand. My care staff and client service manager thoroughly enjoy supporting your sister and making her feel comfortable and happy during all calls.

I was a client of Beloved Homecare from November 2021 until May 2024 when I moved into a care home. The carers were excellent and also used to take my wife shopping too! The managers and owners still come to visit me and my wife in the care home regularly.

Beloved Homecare has provided an excellent service and care since their inception, she was their first client, to my cousin. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they go above and beyond in everything they do.

Thank you for the kind words. Yes, you are right - our very first client all the way back in May 2021 and still going in May 2024! Over the last three years, we have increased calls to include church visits, shopping calls, cleaning calls and of course, going out in one of our fleet of London taxi cabs to accommodate the wheelchair.
