The service provided is excellent and we very much appreciate the care given by the carers. They are all amazing:)
The office staff are also most helpful and always on hand to help if any issues occur.
My Dad is very well looked after and I thank you for that.

From my initial contact, through the assessment process, to the allocated person coming to my house for the first time, the process was efficient, courteous and friendly. Communication from the office was excellent. The agency member of staff who came to help me with general housework while I was
recovering from an operation could not have been more suitable. She worked so hard, really listened to what I wanted her to do and was very positive and good natured. I could not have asked for more and would highly recommend Call-In Homecare Inverclyde.

All carers have bonded with my husband and have been very gentle and caring with him.The carers also inform me if they have any concerns about his health and suggest medical attention.I would be totally exhausted if I didn't have the carers,they are a godsend

We are extremely happy with the support we have received from two staff members in particular. They have responded well to any concerns we have raised around our family member's general situation.
Supporting our family member can be very stressful at times - mainly due to their resistance to accept
their multiple health issues and inability to complete their activities of daily living without support.
We had some difficulties with the previous provider we were given. E.g when we tried to contact them the phone was often not answered and voice mail messages not returned. The Lanarkshire team of Call-in Homecare always answer their phone and have responded to any requests we have made in a helpful, non judgemental manner.

My uncle has been receiving home care support for around 3 years now, following a diagnosis of lung cancer and a general decline in his overall health. He is a quiet stoical man who has lived alone for many years since the death of his brother. His home care support came at a crucial time for him and
indeed for our family, and there is no doubt that without this level of support, my uncle would not have been able to maintain the quality of life he has experienced so far. The carers have been amazing and over the 3 years have formed very caring and dignified relationships with my uncle, and have been very sensitive and responsive to not only his physical needs but to his emotional needs also. We can only imagine how overwhelming it must be to live with cancer and all the anxiety that brings. To the family, the carers seem genuinely interested in his well-being and his desire to live well and in his own home until the end of his life.

I have some amazing carers who look after me and let me live my life to the best of my ability. They do their best and go over and above the call of duty. However there is one carer I do not give permission to enter my house, the coordinators should all know this as it has been many years (and only
after her second visit) since this has been in action but over the past few years her name appears on my rota which means I have to phone and cancel. Apart from this, I have great respect for the carers who definitely don't get paid enough.

What can I not say about the care team, I could fill pages and pages about them. They are the salt of the earth! If they were fighting a war, they'd be the crack troops for the way they manage to deal with what may be around every corner.
Care given is flawless day after day and this is shown in the
face of my mother.

The service is simply exceptional.
My mother is not only treated with the utmost respect and compassion but the friendly way in which she is cared for makes me and my brothers feel like she is being looked after by friends and not paid carers. I cannot recommend highly enough!

It is amazing that, no matter what, the carers enter my parent's home in a polite, friendly manner and provide excellent care. The cleaning up of the toileting mess is no bother to them and they have provided so much care and support to motivate my dad to get up every day, even when he doesn’t want

The care has been very positive. The staff have taken time to get to know our aunt very well. They show compassion, humour when appropriate and act immediately when needed. They have an exceptional relationship and during social visits, chat personally to our aunt.

I can't thank the staff and carers enough for all the help they give my father and mother-in-law. Without the service this company provides my in-laws would have had to go into care due to their illnesses/disabilities. The careers do an amazing job and I know if we ever had any issues the office staff
are there to help us.
I would recommend Call-In Homecare - Dundee to anyone that needs their services. The staff are friendly and reassuring.

My father had been receiving care from Call-In Homecare since November 2019. The carers have been lovely but the organisation at the office has been problematic. My father died in January this year while under their care. The care stopped immediately but we have had no phone call, no email or any messages
of condolence to mark the passing of this much-loved man who was one of their clients. We have been very hurt by this lack of communication and see it as a sign of an agency that does not put their clients at the centre of their operation.

My experience with your staff has been excellent. The only complaint I have is the morning call. I would prefer 8.00 to 8.30 if possible.
The girls have been excellent, always cheery and obliging.
