Carers are very good with my wife, they talk and joke with her, they are restricted to what they can do with her as she cannot eat, they constantly tell me off for not using the appliances to help lift her. They ask if there is anything she wants; which is usually a cup of tea and Larry the Lamb warmer
put in the microwave.

The level of care we receive is truly wonderful. Our carers are lovely and polite. They show a great level of understanding of our needs and often offer advice to us when they think it is necessary. To be honest, I'm not sure how we would cope without them. They always come in with a smile on their
face which makes us happy. The carers are amazing and we are so lucky to have them help us.

I feel that Hartwig is doing their best to accommodate my needs and mostly the care workers do. However, it is very frustrating when yet another new carer turns up and doesn't appear to have read the notes on the Hartwig app about the particular requirements of the job. I know Hartwig said they are
trying to give me continuity and I believe they are but it is not satisfactory on many occasions. It is easy to contact Hartwig team which is good and they always respond well when my daughter contacts them.

I have found the service good so far. No complaints. What I don't understand is why I get the rota sent to me sometimes 3 times weekly when there is no change. I did once request a copy of the notes but only had them once. I would like these monthly if possible.

The staff on the whole are very helpful. Some staff need to be taught how to shower a client. On the whole, the staff are very friendly but a couple of them are quite miserable. The staff are very reliable.

Hartwig are best care service. All the carer workers who come here are excellent. 99% of them are pleasant and do good service to my wife. They put their heart to help my wife. We look forward to seeing them everyday.

My sister has been a client of Hartwig Care since 2018. My sister has always received outstanding care provide by the company.
Staff have been amazing to my sister through out the years. They provide considerable care and compassion towards my sister. They make her feel comfortable as possible and
support her with great care and dignity during the visits.
So far I have been pleased with most of the staff that have cared for my sister and could I not fault them at all. I'm very pleased that I have chosen Hartwig Care, as they have provided excellent care and have dealt with any issues arising effectively by the management team.
I would highly recommend Hartwig care to friends and family.

After 4 years, 24/7, of being a solo carer for my aunt, I can now say that finally we found Hartwig. The manager came to our home providing lots of information. A schedule was quickly drafted and then the carer arrived. Professionalism at its best.
The carer is lovely, kind, caring, reliable and fun.
My aunt is so happy to see her whenever she comes. Now I have peace of mind that my aunt will be in good hands. Being able to go out for errands knowing that my aunt will be well cared for and safe in her own home by a professional carer of Hartwig is a huge relief.

Unfortunately the carers do not carry out their tasks correctly, cleanliness is lacking and trying for 3 weeks to get a call back from the coordinator was fruitless.
Finally got a call back from the Branch Manager after contacting head office to be talked down to, refused to let me speak freely and
said they were too busy to speak and call takers would deal with problems.
Unfortunately all I ever got from the call centre was that they would pass the information over to the coordinator and she would call me back.

We have been with this care provider for nearly a year now and have been very pleased with the service provided. My mum's carers have been friendly, very caring and professional. They look after my mum's needs perfectly. Her main weekly carers are excellent, as are her weekend ones as well. Sometimes
the carers have been changed without notice, but it is easily sorted with a phone call. The office staff are friendly and happy to help. Thank you all for a wonderful service.
