My mum has been using the services of Vermuyden Care since late December last year and she was very apprehensive if not scared of having carers coming and going in her home. 2 months in and my mum is happy and relaxed, with every carer making sure they get to know my mum and her likes and interests
and take the time to interact and chat with her. The branch manager is exceptional and, for the first few days of care, contacted me daily to make sure everything was ok and provide any feedback. She is incredibly proactive at contacting me and keeping me in the loop with Mum and her care needs. The entire team really do go above and beyond and care about Mum's day-to-day well-being and happiness.

The Selby office is well managed and the managers take the time to really get to know mum's changing needs, often putting on their aprons and taking rota slots to stay in touch. I have full confidence in all mum's carers and have peace of mind that any day to day issues will be addressed with the minimum
of fuss. Reliable, flexible and caring.

I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding service provided by Vermuyden Care for my elderly mother. Their team not only offers compassionate and professional care but goes above and beyond.
Recently, they proactively detected early signs of a deterioration in my mother's health, something that
could easily have been missed. Thanks to their diligence, she was hospitalized in time! Their swift action and expert support played a critical role in her speedy treatment and recovery when she returned home.
The staff at Vermuyden Care are kind, attentive, and deeply committed to their clients' welfare. I am so grateful for their care and expertise.

Carers go above and beyond for my brother, he is happy and so relaxed, gets on with all the carers, he tells me he likes them all, and can not fault them, It is lovely to know my brother is happy and well cared for, 5* treatment.

We could not get better care from anybody, other than the girls at Vermuyden care. They are friendly, sociable, and thorough. They go above and beyond to help not just my husband but me as well.
If I could give them 10 stars I would!
I could not recommend Vermuyden Care enough.

When Mum and Dad started receiving care from Vermuyden, it was our first experience of care being received in the home.
From day one the help and care they have received has been second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for the team, and they have been a great comfort and help to both my parents.

Since the day Vermuyden Care became our new provider for my mum and my gran our lives have improved by no end.
The management are excellent. Knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely interested in enhancing the lives of both my mum and gran.
The carers who attend are exceptional, caring, and competent
and nothing is too much trouble. The same 4 carers attend. They have worked tirelessly to get my mum to let them support her despite her resistance. The managers also step in as carers, which I find a very useful exercise as they then have often made changes that are truly beneficial.
I have worked in the care sector myself and have experience using several other providers over the last 5 years, and I can honestly say Vermuyden Care practices what they preach and delivers often beyond what they says.
They manage everything for you, doctors, meds...literally whatever needs managing and they are in touch as much or as little as you want with updates.
I cannot recommend them more highly.

I used Vermuyden Care for a couple of months to help me with my physio on my ankle. The team of girls were amazing. They were very polite and respectful, they look into consideration my limitations on my ankle and did not push me too far. I would highly recommend using this care company!

Mum seems very happy with the care she's receiving from Vermuyden. The staff are friendly and attentive and good relationships are being built between the carers and Mum now that she is getting to know them. Any issues are dealt with quickly by the office so all in all, everything is progressing well.
