The carers are always friendly and supportive, they fulfil the appropriate service for her. They treat her with dignity and the care is good value for money.
The carers are on time within their schedule and manage to help her with her cleaning.

Ar carers we're polite and professional so caring for my wife on end of life. This enabled me to care for my wife at home until the very end, which is because we both wanted for our last days to be spent in the usual comfort of our home together. Thank you AR.

Caring for your wife was an honour and you were such a loving couple. It was heart-breaking when your wife passed away. We shared good times and bad times together just like a close family. The passing away of your wife touched many of our care staff as they had cared for her since July 2017. You were there for your wife through out and you honoured her wishes to the very last day. Not specific - but generally satisfied with the care provided for my Dad. On occasions when it is necessary to make changes or requests, the managers are always available and agreeable. Carers whom I or my sister have met are friendly and kind and have my dad's best interests at heart. They are also
patient , good humoured and understanding.

Generally good care but not consistent. Sometimes have to reiterate what care is provided even if the carers have been there before. Also, Dad finds the frequent change of carers confusing. Time of visit varies though I understand this may be due to the needs of other clients. I have concerns about
how tight catheter straps are and, although I know Dad sometimes puts these on himself, they should be checked each visit as he is high risk for a DVT.

The carers are very kind and polite. They follow all instructions given. They show respect to mum. They always make sure she is clean and happy. If there is something to report they leave a note and vice versa and it is resolved quickly. If there was an app for me to download, then I feel I would know
more. For example what she has eaten.

This company is very good, when you get to know the carers some of them can feel like there part of your family, especially if you don't have any family. You get the same regular carers every week so you get to know particular carers better. There's one carer in particular for me that if I'm having
a bad time and struggling as soon as she walks in she just brightens your day. I also have social calls with carers I know well this means we can have a laugh and I enjoy my social calls.

Just want to thank all the team who looked after my Auntie at her home in Exton.
She was a person who knew what she wanted and how she wanted her care to be. While I was present towards the end of her life I can honestly say that the team did their absolute best to accommodate her wishes and showed
genuine "care" for her. This allowed her to fulfil her wish of ending her days at home.
Thank you to everyone at A&R, carers and office staff who work so hard for their clients.

My mother is 78 years old and suffers from chronic COPD, mild dementia and is also completely bed ridden after suffering 3 strokes. Our experience with A&R was horrendous. Mum was given out of date food multiple times. She was also given reheated microwave food that had also been left out all day despite
multiple complaints to the manager by myself her son. After confronting her carers regarding the food they showed no knowledge of food hygiene safety practices.
Mum was also left in dangerous positions in her bed despite the manager being given the correct procedures to follow due to choking concerns by the frailty nurse.
Mum was also given the wrong inhaler on numerous occasions and failing to flag the wrong inhaler had been supplied was also an issue, she was also given the wrong dose of medication and sometimes not at all. Mum's fingernails and toenails were in a terrible state. Ultimately I had to make a safeguarding complaint which resulted in A&R being removed.

Nonetheless, we acknowledge that family members may sometimes feel dissatisfied despite providers' best efforts. Additionally, staff faced considerable challenges during their interactions with you, which unfortunately included instances of being addressed with inappropriate and derogatory language. We commend the team for maintaining their professionalism and continuing to deliver exceptional care and support to your mum under these circumstances. For the record, there was never any safeguarding inquiry concerning your mother's care in the numerous meetings with local authority representatives. Our last meeting focused on relocating your mother due to her changing needs, as she could no longer safely live alone in that accommodation setting. We assure you that your mother's care consistently remained our top priority throughout.
