My husband is receiving palliative care The carers from the agency are gentle, patient and responsive to his needs. I have found Walfinch to be well managed, reliable and supportive. I am dipping my toe into 'caring' as I assume that later in my 90s I will need more and more. I do not need personal care (and may go for assisted dying when I do!) and sometimes wonder what I can ask of the excellent carers. My primary need is more mobility (medical and other appointments) and Walfinch
has met this so well. The carers I have met are not only professionally trained but widely educated making visits a pleasure. Very good start.

I would like to thank the team at Walfinch for the care and patience they gave to my 97-year-old father. The office staff were understanding and very helpful. The carers were amazing. They had great empathy for both Dad and Mum (also 97) and always very attentive to Dad's needs. In a crisis they all
went that extra mile. Thank you all.

From our first contact to the end of the care support provided, Walfinch were faultless. We needed support for my elderly mother-in-law after my daughter's wedding. The Carer was amazing, it was so lovely for us not to have to worry or have any concerns and so we were very grateful. She was even so
kind as to run and buy some bandages for a leg wound and re-dress an injury which really was fantastic. 100% recommend with no hesitation, we would use again in a heartbeat, thank you so much!

We are so grateful for the care Walfinch Hampstead and Camden provide for my dad - we can't express how thankful we are. My dad, who is 88 this year, has always been very independent and active, but in recent years, house chores have become too much for him. While he's still mobile and takes care of
himself, cooking has become difficult. He's also in the early stages of dementia, so having a live-in carer to keep an eye on him has been incredibly reassuring for us. We were very worried and didn't want to put him in a care home, as he's still active and enjoys seeing his friends from time to time. The live-in care that Walfinch Hampstead and Camden provides has been perfect for him, and it's the same price as a care home. Even better, he can continue living in his own home without any major disruptions, while having 24/7 support. We're so happy that he now has a companion, is looked after, and never misses his medication or NHS appointments.

The carer who cared for my mum who was ill with cancer. She was amazing she looked after our mum like she was her own grandmother. She brought joy and a smile to her face throughout the last days/weeks of her life. I cannot thank her enough. She is kind, sympathetic, generous, humble and overall extremely
great at her job. I could say 1000 great words about her.
Walfinch are amazing and well-organised professionals. The manager is extremely lovely and gave us the best service and carer and I thank them so much.

Excellent care team, my mother is well looked after and the carer are polite and attentive. The only minor issue we have had is when they send a new person without much notice but when I have pointed it out to them they have acted on it.
It's a shame the schedule is sent so late on Sunday night.

from that the carer has been very good. They seem well trained and the staff are always contactable.
It's been very positive for us and my mother is happy with the service and have got into a good routine.
Very happy to recommend Walfinch Harrow and Brent.

Very good staff, takes care of client needs.
Definitely recommend to others.
I am happy with the service and helpfulness from all Walfinch staff.
Staff in office are also great and very helpful.
Carers must know care plan completely at all times.

They are prompt, caring and friendly. What more can I say that's what you need from a carer. They are better than any other carers I've ever had and I've had several different companies. I don't know what else to write except they are good and we need more care companies like them.

After having tried several other Brent Adult Social Care recommended providers, we came to Walfinch after they were recommended by a friend of the family.
Walfinch's carers are kind and caring, supportive, calm, and are fully aware of and focused on their patient so they know how and how much to communicate.
They are gentle and try to take things slowly if required, not rushing things through. My stepfather would cry and scream with the other care companies, but with Walfinch he has been calm and relaxed and even shown signs of enjoying life again.
The carers have been open and comforting to the family members, too, being considerate enough to explain things. They ask questions rather than assuming or guessing.
The management company call regularly to ask if we have any questions and send someone round to assess the care needs, liaising with the family before putting anything new into place.

We have been Walfinch for 9 months and in that time I cannot compliment their service provision enough. My mother (their client) suffers from Vascular Dementia and the carers have fully embraced their role and ensure she is well taken care of! They are extremely cooperative which is an invaluable bonus
to working as a team! The carers are diligent; conscientious and rarely late or tardy! They are a focused, experienced, highly-qualified team that take the job seriously: a breath of fresh air! The carers do well in treating the client (my mother) as an individual and endeavour to treat her with utmost respect and communicate with her verbally and closely observe her. As a family, we highly recommend Walfinch for the reasons reiterated above and their unique problem-solving skills when necessary.

Walfinch is a very reliable and efficient care agency.
My 97-year-old mother has been having carers in the mornings and they arrive promptly and are always polite and helpful.
Customer services are excellent and they are extremely communicative and understanding if we need to change anything; they
will accommodate our requests and nothing seems too much effort to arrange.
I would not hesitate to recommend this agency.

Walfinch Home Care Hampstead and Camden provides wonderful support and help not only to my elderly mom but also to me and my family. We are often abroad, I am not able to visit her regularly, and that was causing lots of stress to all of us. After I found the manager and his team my mom's quality of
life changed dramatically and I am not worried that she will go to bed hungry or will miss a doctor's appointment any more. I highly recommend their services and want to say a big thank you for the great job that the whole team does.

Choosing a new care agency for my uncle, diagnosed with Alzheimer's after a bad experience with the previous care agency was daunting. The home care provider is always punctual and spends two hours one day a week with us. He is very kind and looks after my husband in a positive and encouraging way.
