I spoke to the managers about my health problems and what care I needed during an assessment and they completely disregarded that information. Then they gave me a carer that was not capable of doing anything that I needed her to do. I would ask the carer to do something and she would simply not do it.
Sometimes I wondered if she understood English. She did. She simply did not do what I asked. She would huff and seem fed-up with me, and would not do it. This made me feel guilty for asking her to do, what I had paid her to do! I am paying for this with my own money because the NHS has abandoned me, yet again. I asked her to wash my hair a certain way, she didn't want to. She kept pulling it roughly and causing more breakage than necessary. I asked her if she has experienced wheeling people to places, using public transport, planning and following journeys, setting up the wheelchair, etc., and she said "yes" but did none of it.

But what upsets me is that you never bought this up earlier before going out to your excursion. if you had informed the coordinator that you're not happy with the carer we would have changed them for you, but instead you have come straight onto here. We will as mentioned look into this claim of yours and get back to you.

My mother's care has become worry free due to the quality and concern of her carers and the vigilance and support of her care coordinator. Their interest in her well being is ongoing and active so I don't have to feel like I'm alone in supporting her. Great team and even the management team, all the
way to the owner know her name and issues and are helpful and knowledgeable too.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Caring Hands. My carers are both very compassionate, caring, and responsible, they take good care of me! My coordinator is also brilliant and keeps me up to date if there are any changes with the care staff. He always responds to my texts and calls
promptly even when I contact him in the middle of the night, which is impressive. Overall both my carers and coordinator are brilliant and I am satisfied with their service.

Caring Hands are an excellent agency. They have been providing care for my mum for nearly 18 months. The main carers are caring, conscientious and thorough. They provide a high level of care. The care coordinator, along with the management, is responsive and helpful, with excellent communication. I
am very appreciative of all of their help and support.

I am very satisfied with the service my sister is getting. I have no complaints about anything. My sister is used to the carer, and the carer knows how to handle my sister's everyday needs. Getting my sister ready when it's time to go to the day centre.
The care coordinator is the one I get in touch
with when I have any issues regarding the timetable for my sister's carer. He is changing things around to accommodate my sister's needs. The care coordinator always contacts me for feedback on how the carer towards my sister is going.

All the staff are very professional and apply great care and diligence in their work. They are highly experienced and provided the utmost detailed information and training to their staff.
All the processes and procedures were explained thoroughly as possible and I am very happy to be in contact with

Carers don’t come on time and the care coordinator does not contact me to inform me. Most times they can’t send another carer when the one carer lets them down. This leads to many hours left uncovered, and greatly affects my quality of life.
