All care and nursing staff undertake an intensive five-day induction course. As well as this, staff are continuously updated through a range of courses, including those specific to the needs of individual customers.

Services range from personal care, housekeeping and companionship to nursing support for the most complex and challenging conditions.

Professional, nursing-led carers can, if required, provide support for those who need assistance with a range of complex conditions, from diabetes to help for people with head or spinal cord injuries.

Staff are available for days or nights, short or long shifts, with a 24 hour on-call service.

From February to September my late wife received an excellent standard of care from the Mansfield teams. The devotion and loving care given was second to none and was always given with a smile. Timekeeping could vary but this was caused by problems with a previous client or traffic. I miss the good-natured
banter and teasing aimed at me which on occasions lifted me from a black depression. The knowledge of the carers which they passed on to me enabled me to engage with other services (no one else provided this information) which led to my wife having a much better quality of life and I firmly believe extended her life. If caring was included in the Olympics then each and every carer we saw would have a gold medal so thank you AMG.

My father-in-law has received excellent treatment from the carers at AMG. We are very grateful for their help, kindness and compassion at what has been a very difficult time for us. Many thanks to all his carers.

Lovely staff who were friendly and helpful but the management team were a bit brusque. They started off brilliantly, always on time for the first few weeks.


If you need an agency where timing is not critical then they could be for you, however my dad required 5 medications at set times and they missed

these by coming late after the initial period and record keeping of times and visits started to become more sparse making it difficult to manage invoicing.
