Mum's carers are amazing, very kind, considerate and very caring towards her, they always do their very best for her, and nothing is too much trouble. They listen to what she wants.
They communicate well with her and with me, she likes that she has regular carers and gets to know them very well. They
always have time to have a chat and make sure she has everything she needs.

Delighted with the care my father is receiving. The carers attending his home are warm, caring and professional.
Despite his initial reluctance to have care, he now feels it is of great benefit to him and also my mother, as the carers also ensure they ask how Mum is too.

I would say that I find Caremark and their team of care providers to be diligent, professional and caring. The care provided to my mother has been excellent. We had to increase the package and we found this process to be seamless and proficient. What I like in particular is the measured approach taken
by Caremark, they carefully considered the implications of the changes before agreeing to increasing the level of care and support to my mother. My mother likes and enjoys the company of the carers, she finds them to be kind, caring and professional.

Very professional company, always provide excellent care for my mother. I have spoken to them a few times and the staff are always very respectful and understanding.
There has been a couple of instances where we had to make some changes to which home care helped make the whole process so much easier
than I expected.

I am very happy with the care and service which my wife is receiving from the carers from Caremark who are visiting us. All of the carers are kind and gentle with my wife but at the same time, they are thorough in looking after her care needs. In particular, I would like to commend one of the carers
whose care and support to us has been outstanding. Not only is she offering excellent service to my wife in looking after her care needs but she is invaluable to me in giving advice and assistance in understanding the situation relating to dementia and discussing ways in which I can support my wife as her dementia is developing through the various stages. I am so very grateful for all the support and advice which I have received as well as for the care being shown towards looking after my wife’s needs.

Caremark looked after my grandmother before she sadly passed away in January. Her carers were so patient with her and ensured she was always clean, dressed, fed and had her medication on time. We felt supported throughout this time and we can't thank Caremark and staff enough.
