Caremark is one of the best home care services that I know of. The staff go above and beyond. They are very professional and take dignity and respect very seriously. They are very reliable and efficient. If I had to score them out of 100 I would give them 100%. My father looks forward to seeing them
every day. He always asks who is coming. He was anxious about carers coming into his home, as he was very independent before his stroke but he is glad that he changed his mind. We could not have been given a better home care service to provide care for my father. They are still providing care and I recommend this service to anyone unsure of which service to get. Caremark is the one.

Very happy with the service provided. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to support the client. If there is any problem then it gets resolved ASAP. Clients are always left with a happy and secure feeling. Management are always available to help as well.

I can only give this company top marks plus, the service and care they have given my dad has been excellent. The supervisor did everything she could to get the best for my dad.
Nothing was too much trouble for the two carers who looked after my dad on a daily basis, my dad thought a lot of them both.
This service only stopped due to Dad being in hospital but if we need this service again I will not hesitate to ask for Caremark.

The whole service was first class, some members of staff went above and beyond what they needed to do. All staff were very friendly and caring and even concerned about the family as well as my husband. Even after his passing, the care was still there for the family.

Not having had any previous experience in organising care provision I was relieved with how at ease the Caremark team made us all feel. They were professional and respectful of the situation and worked at a pace that we were comfortable with. Despite her rapidly declining health, our mother was highly
resistant to having anyone come in and help her but once the care provision started she warmed to the personalities of the carers and learned to work with them, creating a relationship which we had not thought possible.


Being able to read the carers daily reports online was a huge comfort in understanding the tasks and duties completed on their visits as well as getting a professional view on my mother's general well being. The Caremark team were always one step ahead of the direction my mother's care was heading so when the level of personal care needed increasing, they had already anticipated it and were ready for it.


The experience was very positive and highly commendable.

We have used Caremark since late 2019 for my mother-in-law who lives with us. As she was getting less mobile and the Dementia was affecting her day to day living, we decided we needed help as her daughter worked full time, and I was the main carer. The service they have provided is only 45 mins a day,
but what a difference it has made. I no longer have to stress whether she is getting a proper wash/shower, clean clothes etc. The carers are always on time, always smiling and most importantly, always make her feel comfortable accepting the help. They have attended all through this terrible pandemic, always with PPE and sticking with social distancing as far as possible. I cannot stress how important that been to us as a family.

Caremark provided an hour of support per week to help Mum with showering. Mum has severe arthritis and mobility problems, together with dementia affecting her memory and, sometimes, her manner. On occasion, Mum can be uncooperative, stubborn, and even rude. Even so, the careworkers were always polite
and cheerful and managed to get Mum showered or strip-washed, even on days when Mum was at her worst. They were well-liked by both Mum and Dad and were good at keeping me informed. Their attendance was reliable, and communications with the Caremark office were good. The service ceased when Mum's health deteriorated and she was hospitalised, but until then Caremark kept her clean and refreshed and enhanced her quality of life.
I am happy to recommend Caremark and their staff.

I cannot praise enough that the care that my father-in-law is receiving is first class. Nothing is a problem to them. The carer is absolutely brilliant with my father in law, there is no rushing around. She is worth her weight in gold.
The carer who pops in at night is just as good, it makes me and
his daughter feel that the care he gets is safe and sound.

We are both delighted with the daily morning care that hubby receives. He has his main carer 4 x weekly and the same workers on the other 3 days. They are all friendly, very respectful and professional. He has a good banter with them all. He also has a social escort once per week which is something
he so looks forward to and I know he is happy and safe with this Carer outside of the home.


Communication is also very good between myself and the Carers and also if there is any change in medication or anything else, I email the office or ring and my updates are then forwarded onto each Carer. We feel safe and secure with each and every Carer and trust them too.


Can't thank our Social Worker enough for getting us this Care Agency!

Caremark are the Best, very caring towards my mother-in-law, really can not do enough. Definitely go that extra mile, nothing is too much trouble.
We had to ring my mother-in-law's Supervisor on Sunday, with a small problem. The Supervisor was lovely, even came to the house to see what could be done,
there and then and the rest had to be put into place Monday.
As a very much appreciating family, for all the hard work Caremark team do, we just cannot thank you all enough.

I have had Caremark looking after me since May 2015 as my old care company could not provide the increase in care i needed. At first i was not happy to change as i had been with the old company a long time. It was not long before i got used to the new carers, they are always pleased and happy. I have
the same carers over the week so they know my needs. They treat me with respect and dignity in my own home and they stick to their rota times, which is always the same each day. The staff are lovely and i would recommend them.
