Initially established in 2000, Forest Care provides reliable and quality home care services in New Milton and the surrounding areas - all delivered by a team with a wealth of experience, training and compassion.

The friendly team are able to cater for a variety of different needs. Whether you or a loved one are looking for occasional visits for some additional support, or require more specialised care, the team are there to help you to maintain your quality of life and continue living in the comfort of your own home.

Services include:

- Domestic support - such as help with housework, doing the food shop or preparing meals
- Access to the community - for example assistance attending a college course, hospital appointments, or just meeting up with friends
- Domiciliary care - such as help with personal care or taking medication, always with a minimum of a one hour visiting slot
- Live-in care - with round the clock, one-to-one support from a care professional.

Forest Care have great CQC ratings from previous years, including a current Good rating (August 2019) and a previous Outstanding (November 2016). My 104-year-old father has dementia but insists on staying in his own home. I live in Buckinghamshire and rely totally on the outstanding domiciliary care provided by Forest Care. I have met two carers in person and spoken to others. Without fail, they all go above and beyond in their care for my father,
shopping, cleaning and taking care of personal needs since 2019. Communication with them and other staff is excellent.

Excellent organisation. I live 120-miles away and know that my mother is being well looked after. I also know that I will hear of any problems and that action will be taken quickly if any health issues arise. She is always treated with dignity, calmness, respect and care!
