Lisa worked as a carer for Fife Council for ten years whilst completing her HNC & HND in Social care, BA in Learning Disabilities then her BA (Hons) in Social Sciences. Lisa joined at the start of 2020 as a Field Care Manager and has recently been promoted to Branch Manager for Cupar.

Tammy first started as a Homecare Worker in 2018 and worked her way up to Field Care Supervisor. Tammy has been in her role as Care Planner since March 2020.
