At ENS Care & Support division, the mission is to help you live life to the fullest. Whether it's honing your culinary skills, dancing at an Elvis tribute concert, or providing 24-hour care to maintain your independence, the team focuses on supporting your desires, not just your needs.

They provide consistent support in essential areas like personal care and household tasks. However, the true goal is to collaborate with you on what matters most to you. With over 30 years of experience, they understand that care is not a one-size-fits-all solution. The team takes the time to get to know you personally, engaging with your friends and family and consulting with medical professionals to advocate for your needs.

The team prides itself on creating personalised care plans that make you smile every day. They specialise in care for individuals who have experienced life-changing injuries or have complex medical conditions. A holistic approach addresses not only medical needs but also emotional, social, and psychological aspects of well-being.

With care coordinators acting as central points of contact, the company ensures seamless collaboration between specialists, therapists, and other support services. This comprehensive approach guarantees well-managed and coordinated care, enhancing independence, promoting dignity, and improving quality of life.

Their core values — compassion, integrity, and innovation — drives the team to provide exceptional care, combining specialised knowledge with empathy to meet the unique needs of individuals. The company has significant experience in areas such as:

•        Complex Healthcare
•        Dementia Care
•        End-of-Life Care
•        Physical Disability

ENS Care & Support are a very caring company and focuses on the individual people they support. They do the best they can to ensure compatibility and continuity with support workers to enable the service users to enjoy their lives. I see this not only with my own son but also with the other residents.
I know from bitter experience that not all care companies are like this.

I've been supported by ENS Care & Support in excess of 18-months, and the consistency of staff has allowed me to build a trusting relationship with them. The ladies are reliable and encouraging, patient, kind and funny. The office staff have really gone the extra mile to support me by telephone too
when things have been difficult, and they've been accommodating and flexible in supporting my changing circumstances. Thank you, ENS.

As a mother, I have found the carers who come every morning to shower and dress my son are very understanding as he is very dependant on them, making his smart to go to his day centre. As I am now 85-yeards-old, I find them very helpful in every way and would not be able to manage without them.

We have recently started using ENS for support for my son to access the community. My son has Autism anxiety and OCD. I am so pleased with this service, the support staff are caring and kind and my son has been enjoying his days out with them. The office staff are helpful and efficient and very easy
to contact so we are both very happy!

I used ENS recently for some short term care for my Aunt. From the initial phone call, everything was handled extremely efficiently and in a very friendly manner. I was pleased with the care given and have been left with the feeling that both the office staff and carers had a genuine interest in doing
the best for my Aunt.

ENAS provide a very good service to my sister. She can be very awkward, difficult and stubborn but the staff are amazing and very kind and patient. They are angels. ENS is only ever a phone call away, always answer the phone. No problems with them at all.

I have used ENS to support my severely disabled daughter for many years. They have always provided excellent Carers/nurses who are very professional, friendly and without exception compassionate and caring. I am happy to leave my precious daughter in their care knowing she will be supported in whatever
activity she is doing that day. Any calls or emails to the office are responded to swiftly by friendly and professional staff.

Carers are excellent and take time and trouble to ensure that my son is enjoying his sessions and do what he wants to by consulting him first. Office staff and helpful too.

The regular carer is excellent. She understands my Daughter's needs and is proactive in suggesting activities to help my Daughter progress. The agency has let us down at short notice when our regular carer is not available.

Reply from Catherine Lawrence at ENS Care & Support

Thank you for your review of the support we provide to your daughter. We are sorry that there have been short notice difficulties in replacing your regular care team, we work hard to try and ensure we can provide alternative support when staff are unwell or unable to work at the last minute, but this hasn't always been possible.

My son is so happy to be in this home, all his carers are so nice and friendly it is like a home from home. Everyone has tried to do their utmost to make him welcome. My son is very happy which makes us happy and gives us peace of mind. He enjoys the food at the house, good home cooking.
Staff at the
office are working hard to sort out all the little hic ups.
he gets on well with all his housemates.
well done everyone.

Having been let down by another agency I contacted ENS asking them if they could provide 24/7 care to my Uncle who had been diagnosed with lung cancer but been able to move back home to receive palliative care. Within 24 hours they had put together a package that continued unbroken until he died.

The

small group of Carers who provided that support were superb and my Uncle came to see them more as friends than Carers and the affection which they all showed him was clearly genuine and a source of great reassurance to the family as we could not be with him every day.

We were also extremely impressed with the high standard of assessment and record keeping, which was meticulous.

The family feel a quiet sense of satisfaction and achievement that we were able to fulfil his wish to spend his last days in his home of the last 18 years. This was only possible because of ENS.

Once again, I would like to express the deep and sincere thanks of my family.

Yours faithfully
