The care provided to my great-uncle has been second to none. The staff have always gone above and beyond to ensure he has been comfortable, safe and well. Thanks to the ongoing support, he has been able to remain at home with appropriate care and support for as long as possible. Communication has always
been prompt and consistent and the out-of-hours service provided information and reassurance to the family when he was taken into hospital.
The carers and management have always provided a professional but personal touch and their support has given our family peace of mind, so a huge thank you to you all, we appreciate all you’ve done and please continue to keep up the good work.

I have never been happier with a care provider. I live abroad, and as such, need good communication to ensure my mother is taken care of, and MasterStaff are always on the ball with this. Mum’s overall care and wellbeing has definitely got better since we changed to Masterstaff. They have gone out of
their way to make sure Mum has everything she needs, and for once, I feel I have a care provider that actually listens to my concerns, but also acts on them. I could not be happier, and more importantly, neither could my mother. Great job!

All the office staff were very effective. The carers were all wonderful people, very caring, always punctual and I was pleased my husband received such great care.

I have a care visit each morning. The carers are always on time and friendly. They are happy to help me with whatever my requirements are that day and also understand when I want to reduce their involvement to retain my independence. The ladies are professional, considerate and great to talk to. It's
lovely to have a chat and a laugh whilst making sure I have everything I need for the day.

My mother-in-law has been a client for a couple of months, this company stepped in due to the original one sadly going into liquidation. All happened within 24hrs it was a real shock as it takes time to establish new routines and carers. Thankfully the customer service and teamwork of this company really
stepped up to the challenge immediately causing no disruption to my mum. They even managed to keep her carers from the other company and allowed them to continue with pretty much the same clients. On odd days (covering days off hols etc) the new carers we have met so far, are friendly, chatty, well presented, informative and more importantly they listen. Even the office team keep me updated and from what I see, look after their workers and even had a hunt the Easter egg for them. I would certainly recommend this company.

Having been with MasterStaff for a number of years now, I can honestly say that their commitment to providing a top level of care has never waned, which is especially important to note considering the "turbulent" couple of years we've all had to endure.

I've been using MasterStaff for a number of years now, I am a 51-year-old male with MS. MasterStaff get me up in the morning and puts me to bed at night, my wife cares for me the rest of the time.


I find there is a mix of carers, those that will go above and beyond to care for me and those who do

just what is required. There's a difference in skill level amongst the carers too (which is nothing to do with age or, indeed, experience). Some of the newer, younger carers are better than those who've been working for MasterStaff for longer and are older).


I've always felt that there's a number of carers for whom this is a vocation (and it shows) and there's a number for whom it's just a job (and again, it shows).


This isn't a complaint, I'm just stating the facts. All of my carers do what is required, i.e. get me out of bed, washed and dressed, etc.


2 of my carers have been my main 2 for a few years now and I feel they have become friends as well as carers (and previous regulars too).

My mum has had these carers since middle of September to present and I can only praise them for the hard work and kindness they show my mum. All the girls that my mum have are very good with her and make her happy and if she's happy her family are happy. I would highly recommend MasterStaff carers,
they are very professional and really do care for the clients. Keep up the good work.
