MasterStaff Healthcare provides care and support services to individuals living in the Preston, Chorley, South Ribble, Lancaster, Morecambe and Garstang areas.

The CQC inspection on 3rd February 2020 rated the service 'good' for all of its services.

Carers provide domiciliary care to service users and are able to provide home care support packages that can be tailored to meet each individuals' needs.

MasterStaff Healthcare can provide services such as: personal care, help and support with domestic tasks, medication management and companionship, as well as complex care and support.

Care workers have an extensive range of experience and knowledge assisting in the delivery of care and support. In addition, staff work with local authorities, primary care trusts and private and voluntary organisations.

Masterstaff healthcare provides in-house training for medication, moving and handling, end of life, dementia and safeguarding to all staff and others are able to use the training facilities in the office.

I am in my early seventies and following the death of my mother I developed mental health problems. This resulted in a depression/anxiety disorder. I needed help from a carer to take me shopping and help to give me confidence while I shopped. My carer was great and I would recommend MasterStaff Healthcare
to help you with all your care needs.

I have had dealings with four care companies and MasterStaff are the best by far. I have been treated by six caregivers and all were lovely. I would recommend them to anyone wishing the very best of care.

I have had carers from MasterStaff Healthcare for a while now, and with my being young I found it really difficult at first, but the carers are all really lovely. Very friendly and treat me with so much dignity and kindness. The staff and care coordinator have gone above and beyond for me and I’m so

Great, just wish they were with me towards 9 am and 5 pm nearer to my medication time. Love the fact no one comes smelling of smoke. Everyone has their own character, which I love. One of the newbies even has my sense of humour, which is great.

Most of the staff, I get on really well with. Now that times have been sorted, most of the staff I can have a laugh and a joke with, which helps me with my depression. It would be nice to have the same ones come who know the routine.

MasterStaff carers have exceeded our expectations. They are so friendly and care for my nanna as if she were their own family. They go above and beyond their duties to ensure Nanna has everything she needs and communicates well with the family. If I've ever needed to contact them or the office, they

MasterStaff Healthcare carers have been caring for first my mother-in-law and now my father-in-law for the last 5 years. We have been very fortunate that the majority of care has been from the same lady. This continuity has been extremely helpful in allowing my father-in-law to adjust to his need for
care. The service is 100% reliable which is very reassuring and all the carers work to the same high standard in meeting his needs.

I am very happy I chose MasterStaff for my mums care, from day1 both office staff and carers that attended my mum have been very involved in mums care. Any problems that came up, they rang me straight away. They treated my mum with respect and dignity and took the pressure off me as I knew she was in

Having suffered from anxiety and agoraphobia for 30 years, culminating in four suicide attempts, I was referred to Master Staff. The care worker assigned to me has totally changed my life. I have been able to leave the house, attend appointments, even go for walks and coffee. I genuinely cannot recommend

All the carers are (of course) very caring, for the wellbeing of my wife (and myself). They do the jobs assigned promptly, use their time well and talk to (and spend time with) my wife. We particularly need and are getting round to my wife's personal care. On the whole, well pleased and excellent service.
