My husband was a Parkinson's/dementia sufferer, mostly immobile.
The care, consideration, and commitment he received from the Carers from Ross Nursing Services was second to none.
They were kind, and fun, and treated him with dignity, they were always prepared to help him, and me, without question.
I
would have no hesitation in recommending Ross Nursing Services to anyone who needs professional care.

Ross Nursing looked after my elderly mother for more than three years following a fall and broken hip, enabling her to remain at home during her final years of life which is what she wanted to do. We could not have done this without the excellent care provided by all the team at Ross Nursing. All the
staff are professional, dedicated, and genuinely care for their clients. My mother was extremely well looked after and greatly enjoyed spending time with every member of the team who took the time to get to know my mother and her specific likes and dislikes, they became trusted members of the family. I would like to thank everyone at Ross Nursing for everything they did for my mother and for giving such exceptional care during her final years.

Ross's Nursing care were amazing for the last few years of Mum's life and we got to know the office and nurses very well. They were both flexible and patient with Mum's needs, and so kind to her. Their depth of knowledge of medical, personal, and palliative care was excellent and as the carers are local,
it made it so much easier when any flexibility was required. They arranged their call times to specific times which made Mum's routine so much easier to manage. Their carers have been with them for years and know the area well. We were given the same regular nurses each week which meant we felt Mum was in safe hands which was most reassuring to us. The carers also spotted when mum wasn't her usual self, and kept us, the family, well informed, so illness or being off colour was noticed quickly and acted upon. The carers were really fond of Mum which really helped us as a family. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ross to anyone wanting care for a relative - they were great.

Ross Nursing cared for my mother for three and a half years, helping me to keep her in her own home until just after her 103rd birthday. It has now become necessary to move her to a Nursing Home.
I could not have achieved this without their care, dedication and friendship, and I will always be grateful
for their support.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Ross Nursing to anyone looking for home care.

My mother had support from Ross Nursing for several years. Their communication was very good and if for any reason there was a change in carer we would be informed. The carers were regular so Mum got to know them well and they would spend time with her as well as completing the tasks required. They
used their initiative so as Mum deteriorated they took on extra tasks so, as a family that lived away, we knew Mum was being looked after. Mum was admitted into hospital following a fall and was discharged with an increase of care but unfortunately from another company. This made me very aware of how efficient and caring Ross Nursing was. I have no concerns about recommending this care company to anyone.

Ross Nursing cared for my father for over five years. Latterly whilst he was dying we saw first-hand the care, respect, and dignity they gave my father. Without exception all the carers were excellent and had a rapport with him, even when he was unconscious they spoke to him as they always had done
with humour and kindness. That meant a lot to me and my family. I felt safe in the knowledge that they were caring for him. For any issues the office contacted us and communication was excellent. Ross Nursing is well managed and the managers go out of their way to provide the support that is needed, liaising with both social care and health.
I cannot thank them enough.

The care provided is first-rate. The member of staff is friendly, makes time to have a chat. Her work is excellent, she is very efficient and no job is to difficult. My mother is treated with respect and dignity.

Ross Nursing Cared for my mother until her death in 2018 and for my father until his death on 9th September 2023 latterly coming in 4 times a day. They have, without exception, been excellent at what they do. All of the staff have been kind, compassionate, considerate and caring.
What also impressed
me is that all of the staff seem to be involved in, and committed to, the care of their clients. There's no them and us with Ross - you are as likely to have the MD or another member of the Senior Management Team call on your relative as you are to meet a regular carer. It doesn't matter who turns up. They are all great.

Ross Nursing Services Ltd is simply the best care company, they have cared for my mum for the last few years until this present time.
They really do go above and beyond being there for me as well as my mum during good times and bad, there's nobody else I would want looking after my mum, the whole

Ross Nursing Services Ltd has been assisting my mother with her hygiene needs for six months. She and I are impressed by the high standard of care provided by all staff she has contact with, as they discretely provide assistance as required whilst also promoting independence where appropriate and always
maintaining safety. Timekeeping is always good, as is communication.

Ross Nursing Services took over the care duties for my 83-year-old cousin from emergency carers approximately 5/6 weeks ago.
I cannot praise the manager and her team enough. They are local carers to where my cousin lives and without their assistance, she would no longer be able to live in her own house.
Their care is personal and friendly and as next of kin - and those closely linked to helping her - we are able to view the carers' notes online to see how she is getting on (or not). We are also contacted if there are any problems or issues to discuss.
I would highly recommend anybody thinking of using their services.

Ross Nursing Care has been attending my 94-year-old aunty for the past year and I can honestly say that it was the best decision we could have made - all our carers have exceeded our expectations and go above and beyond at all times.
We have had changing needs throughout the past year and they always
manage to accommodate us, often at very short notice. My aunt's dementia has become steadily worse, we believe as a result of the pandemic, as she no longer experiences the social interaction she used to enjoy pre-Covid. Apart from their normal caring duties like administering her medication, cooking meals for her, helping her in the house, all of my aunt's team are kind, generous, caring and very importantly willing to give her time and to sit and chat with her over a cuppa. We honestly couldn't ask for more. I unreservedly recommend the carers and management team at Ross Nursing Care.

Reliable, professional and friendly staff. All the carers and office team have built up a wonderful relationship with my mum and the family.

Our friend was elderly and increasingly relied on care to enable her to live in her own home. During the pandemic, she was inevitably physically isolated from friends and the carers became an important source of social contact. As she grew frailer and more unwell, they supported her with care, compassion
and dignity. In her final few days, they remained with her and talked to her and looked after her, often staying long beyond their allotted shifts. When she died, they were immensely kind and supportive of us. They had built a good relationship with her over the time that they had looked after her and she viewed them as friends.

I have been extremely impressed by the care, professionalism and dedication of the Ross Nursing team, who are caring expertly for my grandmother. They have all been incredibly kind, patient and completely go beyond the call of duty for her. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering
care for a family member. Through their efforts, my grandmother is managing to live independently. Even during this particularly challenging year, the team have not let the restrictions of Covid-19 interfere with their expert care services. I sincerely thank them.

Ross Nursing Services have been providing professional, friendly and compassionate care for my mum for several years. They have consistently performed beyond my expectations, with attention to detail, constant open communication with me, always going above and beyond the reasonable expectation of care.
Often finding my mum unresponsive due to a health condition, they liaise with the ambulance and doctor and send additional colleagues to ensure Mum is safe at all times. This is a great comfort to me and Mum. They manage complex medication and are flexible in the allocated times (4 x per day) depending on Mum's needs. I highly recommend Ross Nursing Services and am happy to talk to any prospective customer.
