I have found the care provided for my mother when we go away very good. On the very few occasions I have had to query matters, my query has been dealt with promptly and to my and my mother's complete satisfaction.

At the moment I am satisfied, the girls are polite and helpful, sometimes we get a little hiccup from time to time, probably impatience, but on the whole okay. I think if I get more immobile as I am already 84, I will have care from Way Ahead. I am having my washing done at the moment, but hope to keep
my independence as such a bit longer.

Having worked for Way Ahead Care for 20 years before starting with Way Ahead Care Stephanie's background was working in Nursing homes and she is also a qualified hairdresser. Stephanie coordinates the training centre (Step Ahead Training) which uses City & Guilds as their awarding body, she is what they call the centre coordinator she is also the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) and an assessor for care and management qualifications.
