Mam receives an excellent level of care. She is well known to all the staff here at Crossgates. She is doing well and is enjoying being able to spend time with the other residents in the communal area. Mam enjoys her own company in her own flat. As a family, we feel happy that mam is safe in this environment.
Mam likes to go for a walk inside and outside the flats. We know that the staff look out for her and make sure she is safe. I would just like to say thank you to all the staff at Crossgates. You are all doing a wonderful job.

Some carers take the time to greet face to face before tasks and again when leaving. Others just go straight to tasks as quick as possible.
