We have used 121 Care for the last 4 months, to offer personal care for my mother. We have been delighted with the service offered; carers are professional and friendly and above all treat mum with care and respect. Office staff are always friendly and helpful, nothing feels like too much trouble.

After just 6 months in this role, she progressed to become the Area Manager.

" Care work has always been in my heart, I have tried another career and always come back to what I love. This can be a full-on hard role but at the same time very rewarding and enjoyable. Hazel joined 121 Care & Mobility in January 2011. She started as a Carer and progressed from this role to Care Coordinator and then to her current role of Area Manager and Nominated Individual.

" I did start university but soon realised it was not for me and decided to go back to doing care work. Whilst working in care I have completed my NVQ level 2 and 5, also completing level 3 whilst at college.
In the 16 years, I have worked in the care industry, I have found that no 2 days are the same. As much as it can be challenging it is the most rewarding industry to work in. I really enjoy my role at 121 Care and Mobility and can never imagine myself elsewhere." Hazel Jarvis
