I have used Civicare to support my 84 year old mum on three occasions now. And after all three occasions I have found their work to be utterly professional, timely and sympathetic to my mum’s every need. I will be using Civicare again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I can’t recommend Civicare highly enough. From the first telephone call I made to them, the assessment visit when Dad came out of hospital to the excellent staff who have made such a difference not only to Dad’s quality of life but to Mum who was struggling to cope. The whole experience has been wonderful
and reassuring. The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. The quality of the service Civicare gives is superb. They have all made what had been a traumatic and worrying time much easier to cope with.

I have been having the service/carers visit me after returning home after a period of rehab for mental health reasons. The staff that visit me are very professional, help me with housework and emotional support and have been a vital part of my recovery. I can't praise this service enough.

My carer is punctual on arrival time. My carer arrives with a smile and a hello and is cheerful and friendly. The carer helps me in and out of the bath (bath lift). Help me to dress especially with a surgical corset. Washing in and washing out of the machine, vacuuming and dusting and mopping the kitchen
and bathroom floors.

I am very happy with the care I receive. My helpers are kind and efficient and always turn up. They are always willing to help me and I feel safe having help with my shower. I am never made to feel embarrassed.

Super carers, they have all treated my father-in-law with dignity and respect. Helped out in the household so much. Punctual and efficient, couldn’t ask for more from them. Great listeners to both my father-in-law and myself.

From our very first contact via phone, the response from Civicare Central has been fantastic. With just a few days notice a complete three visit per day care package was put in place. Our contact was very professional in organising the rota and home visit. The carers have been magnificent. Attitude,
professionalism and friendliness have been second to none. I cannot recommend these people enough.

Civicare has cared for my dad for a few years, they are second to none lovely carers, five stars isn't enough!
The excellent care from these carers enabled Dad to stay at home as long as physically possible.

My mother has just started using Civicare after previously using another agency which she was not comfortable with. She is so happy with the 'new girls', as she calls them, they make her feel comfortable and at ease. They are friendly and extremely helpful. She is a different person since they have
been coming. I couldn't recommend them enough, best decision we made.

Civicare has never let me down or cancelled carers visit, not just in this very difficult Covid era, but in the last five and a half years we have been using them. This is excellent care and support every day. If we need extra hours, we are accommodated and also for the increasing evening visits as
our mother of 98 declines. We feel our mum and ourselves are supported by Civicare in every way they can - 10/10.

Nothing has been too much trouble. It has taken a while to find the right length of sessions and Civicare have been excellent in adjusting to our needs. All of their staff are really lovely and caring.

I cannot rate the carers highly enough. Dad has very specific and quite challenging needs but each of the team of five that attended him on a rota, twice daily, treated him with kindness and patience. We didn’t have a need for their help for long but they made a huge impact on our family and we could
not have managed Dad without their support. They also took time to be supportive to Mum and called me to express their concerns about her wellbeing! 10/10 without hesitation.

I am finding it a very good service for my husband. The only problem is he is very fretful with a male carer who is an excellent carer. I have no complaints at all at anything it gives me a good nights sleep.
