We are addressing the issues you mentioned. We will ensure that your father is consistently encouraged to maintain proper hygiene, and I will personally work with our team to improve the timing and quality of visits to better fit his routine. Additionally, we will ensure that his clothing is regularly checked and kept clean, as this is a basic and important aspect of his care. Steve joined the Andover branch as a Registered Manager in November 2022 and has worked in care for 30 years.
Steve has a range of experience within the care sector, working in Adult and Children Services and taking on a variety of roles to be able to take on the role he is in today. Steve has previously worked as a carer, support worker, senior manager, and area manager in both residential services and domiciliary care, and is now a registered manager.
With 30 years in the industry, Steve has gained many qualifications, including NVQ Levels 2, 3 & 4 and management training.
