It has been a difficult time and I am delighted to hear that your care worker has so much care, attention to detail and empathy for Dad. Before this Fiona’s background was based in senior-level management. This included team leadership, training, customer care and financial administration. During this period Fiona was responsible for the re-training of managers who lacked relevant skills and was responsible for setting company benchmarks.
Role:
Fiona’s role within Angel Carers (UK) Ltd is to ensure that all standards set are adhered to. Quality assurance is paramount to Fiona and the company. Fiona is responsible for the implementation of regulated compliance. Additional responsibilities include the day-to-day running of the business, coordination of home visits, assessments, care planning, business operations and contract negotiation. Liaising with staff, clients and their representatives forms an important part of her role. Fiona’s duties ensure that all clients’ needs are met. This also involves correspondence with healthcare professionals and social care colleagues.
