Staff take great pride in providing person-centred care and support for adults over the age of 18.

The vision is to support clients to enable them to maintain a happy, independent and fulfilled life in the comfort and safety of the client's home.

The care team works tirelessly to ensure that each client’s individuality, privacy and dignity are respected at all times. Each client has an individual care plan tailored to their specific needs and a risk assessment is carried out prior to care and support commencing.

The highly trained and experienced management team and care workers operate closely as a team and are dedicated to the wellbeing of their clients. In this regard, clients are treated with kindness, empathy, compassion, understanding and respect.

Dad is very happy with all the carers. They make him a good meal and are good at reporting any concerns to me via the Ascot Care office. Ascot Care has been very quick to find carers to fulfil extra slots I have asked for. We are happy to recommend Ascot Care.

We have been using Ascot Care for two years now. Everyone is very helpful, from the office staff to the carers. Communication is very good and nothing is too much trouble. Having used two other companies in the past for my husband's care I can highly recommend Ascot Care.

The management team and staff at Ascot Care were excellent in assessing my father's requirements and helpful and considerate. However, the carer was uncommunicative with my father during their stay and lacked social skills. However, they provided adequate and professional care in terms of his needs.

My father in his 90's used Ascot Care for nine months until suffering from a life-changing stroke in August 2024.
During this period, we found Ascot Care to be very reliable. They offered my father flexibility too, such as when he went abroad and did not need a carer. One was then made available for
him within a day or two of his return.
The carers were mostly from Eastern Europe. My father found some easier to communicate with than others, however they were all honest and tried their best for him.

Cannot recommend the team at Ascot Care highly enough, be it the office staff arranging appointments (or rearranging them when dad forgets a doctors appointment!) or the care staff who have been fantastic with dad. Kind and considerate and happy to sit and engage/chat with dad if there is time left
in the appointment slot.

Dear Ascot Care,
None of us had any previous experience of personal care until my father needed it. The management and the team proved to be invaluable with the compassionate approach to help us figure out a way to give Dad all that he needed. By mutual agreement, we came up with a plan which enlisted
the services of our private carer, live-in care from Ascot and weekend breaks for the live-in carers from the local agency. This worked well until our private carer became overwhelmed so we had to change to 2 live-in carers from Ascot Care. Then we changed again to include a night carer, which happened to coincide exactly with Dad's passing. All behaved professionally and helped Mum and the family cope.
One thing we took a while to understand was the expense and preparation of meals for the carers which fell to Mum and the family to organise and cook as it would have been impossible for them to do this as well.

Having used Ascot Care for over two years for live-in care for my mum I cannot recommend highly enough the company. The live-in carers are exceptional giving compassion and respect to a dementia patient attending to all physical and mental needs along the journey allowing us to enable Mum to remain
in her home until the end. Fulfilling all duties and beyond showing total respect for the home and culinary delights conjured up to entice Mum to eat. The office staff are open and willing to discuss at all times any problems or ideas. It was definitely the best decision we made in contacting them to help home care and I will always be grateful.

We used a live in carer in order for my husband and I to have a holiday. We booked 10 days care for a weeks holiday, that way we overlapped the care at the beginning as we had no idea what to expect and Mum was understandably nervous. But what a lovely experience, the carer that came was so friendly
but also respectful and professional, she was part of the family by the time she left. I can’t express how much it helped me going away without worry or guilt of leaving. Mum was safe and happy.

It takes a while to adjust to live in carers. Once adjusted we have been very happy with the carers, who are both excellent. Their care standards are high and interactions with my husband are warm, caring and patient. The management are very supportive and maintain regular contact with the carers and
with us.

The Ascot Care team have provided great support for my mother over a number of years. The visiting staff who assist with house cleaning, linen changes, ironing, shopping and general wellbeing are always friendly, helpful and supportive. They also provide companionship and are sensitive to her needs.
The
office staff are always a friendly voice when you phone and are extremely helpful and professional. They have always responded quickly and with a good solution should we call with a request for any additional support. Thank you and keep up the good work.

All staff are reliable and friendly. Care workers are conscientious. They arrive on time and stay the allotted time. Any concerns are easy to discuss with Head Office staff and they will work to find the best solutions. They have made my life easier and taken some of the stress away.

Very reliable and excellent personal care, empathy and understanding. Good provision of care, cooking and domestic chores, washing clothes, cleaning and overall consciences responsibilities.
All shopping is cared for and personal needs are when required. All work with a smile while sensitive to personal

My client has been having Ascot Care live-in and domiciliary carers since September 2022. Ascot Care is a fantastic agency who are great at communication, accommodating clients' needs and providing care with dignity and respect. All carers who have been in to work with my client have been fantastic.
The office staff are also brilliant. They communicate changes, let you know if anything is needed and work with the client to provide the best care possible.

Ascot Care have provided support to both of my parents for several years and after Mum's passing seventeen months ago, have looked after my dad who has dementia with respect, compassion and dignity since. This has taken much of the stress from the situation from our shoulders. The communication with
Ascot and the carers is excellent, and my dad is happy and very comfortable in his own home. The carers and company do really care for Dad and his well-being which is fantastic, and have built a strong understanding of Dad and his care needs.

As they are a couple with learning difficulties they could not have managed without them and some of them have become good friends. They have never had anyone they did not get on with. I was given notice by Registered Manager citing unable to cover the care package as no longer had sufficient Carers. Had recently experienced two shower calls and one lunch call not covered. My flat was not being cleaned to a standard I am used to.

We are not always able to supply specific care workers as we have a team of care workers, that have different working patterns and availability.
