Sue founded Ashton Care over thirty years ago and has a passion for excellent care.
She was qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) shortly after the qualification was introduced to the UK.
This means Sue has had the knowledge and experience to put empathy, understanding and compassion at the heart of the work Ashton Domiciliary Care does.
Sue has overall responsibility for supporting the Registered Manager in providing exceptional service to the local community.

Emma started her career with Ashton Care at the age of 16 as a tea-time assistant. She has dedicated her working life to providing exemplary person-centred care to Ashton Care service users and in doing so has shown the compassion, empathy and professionalism needed to gain not just Registered Manager status but also to qualify as a Register Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
Emma has gained management experience in the varying residential settings at Ashton Care which has allowed her the opportunity to develop her awareness of a wider range of specialist care needs. She applies this attentively when reviewing the support needed for those who wish to live in their own homes but need that bit of extra support.
