My sister-in-law is being looked after four times a day by your carers. During the past two months, one of her carers has shown such exceptional dedication to her health that I am prompted to write to you in praise of her commitment. On 6th September she had a bad fall and laid on the kitchen floor
from 3.00 pm to 8.30 pm waiting for an ambulance. The carer stayed with her all this time, keeping her spirits up and making her comfortable until 11:00 pm when my sister-in-law was finally taken to the hospital.
On the 14th of September, she had another fall and again, the carer stayed with her from 10:45 am to 7:45 pm until the ambulance took her back to the hospital. I sincerely believe that the carer saved her life by giving her care and moral support and encouraging her to stay awake until she was taken to hospital.
Please send the carer my heartfelt thanks for her care and dedication.
