The Beeches Homecare Services is a family-run company based in Malmesbury that has been providing high-quality, bespoke, in-home care and support to people in Malmesbury, Cirencester, Tetbury, Chippenham, Corsham and surrounding villages since 1994.

Aiming to provide the same high standard of care that would be expected for their own families, The Beeches has gained a reputation for placing its clients at the heart of everything they do, focusing on excellent staff and reliability.

The foundation of good care is to promote independence and assist only with tasks that clients find difficult or impossible to do without support. The Beeches’ carers are trained to support with everything from meal preparation to complex personal care for bedridden clients with multiple medical conditions.

As a small family-run company The Beeches specialise in complex care, focusing on small teams of highly trained carers led by a dedicated office staff of supervisors, trainers and managers. Furthermore, the business owners insist that every member of staff including the Directors, can and do support the care workforce by delivering personal care when required, ensuring that the company embraces a true teamwork dynamic whilst maintaining the high quality of care that it is known for.

Carers at The Beeches are handpicked, undergo rigorous selection processes; personal interviews, competency testing, reference checks and background clearance to ensure safety and compliance. All the carers are expertly trained in the latest assistive technologies and best practises at the in-house training department so they can provide care with skill, compassion and kindness.

Consistent standards of exceptional care is especially important. To this end every member of staff has an agreed Personal Development Plan which identifies the areas of care and qualifications that they wish to follow to enhance their skills in many areas of care.

Highly recommend! The Beeches have been providing home care for my mum for the past 18 months after my dad had a fall and was struggling to look after her. Mum has dementia and incontinence. With the support of The Beeches, Mum and Dad have been able to carry on living in their own home as long as possible.
Beeches carers have helped with Mum's personal hygiene and with getting dressed in the morning and ready for bed in the evening, as well as domestic tasks like preparing food and doing laundry. We found The Beeches carers to be professional, dependable and compassionate. They have coped with Mum's difficult behaviours with good humour but also have the persistence needed to get the job done. They are reliable and punctual. The management team have been flexible and great to work with as the family's needs have evolved. Overall The Beeches team have become our extended family and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cannot speak highly enough of Beeches Homecare and the exceptional service that they provided to my mother in her later years. From the very beginning, it was clear that their focus was not only on providing care but on doing so with compassion, dignity and professionalism. The staff at Beeches went
above and beyond to ensure my mother felt safe, comfortable and valued. They took time to get to know her on a personal level, which allowed them to tailor their approach to her specific needs. What truly stood out was the genuine kindness and respect shown by every team member, to brighten her day with friendly conversation and a patient ear to listen.
Beeches care strikes the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, ensuring that clients maintain their dignity and quality of life. I am so grateful to The Beeches and would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone seeking top-tier care for their loved ones.

My mother has been well cared for and supported for several years by The Beeches Homecare Services. Especially after a stay in hospital the carers have gone the extra mile to help with rehabilitation. She has appreciated their friendship and the stimulation they have provided has been valuable. The
office staff have been very efficient in communicating with me if any concerns arose and they were promptly dealt with.

The Beeches Homecare Services - Malmesbury attended to my husband from the day he had his stroke. All through the years as he gradually grew worse, until he went into a home for his final days.
They always arrived cheerful and never let us down. My husband called them his friends.

The Beeches Homecare Services - Malmesbury provided excellent care for my mother. At first she was reluctant to have caregivers but they quickly became her friends and she looked forward to their visits. Over the years she went from 1 visit 3 times a week to 3 visits 7 days a week. They made her breakfast,
lunch and dinner, cleaned the house, helped her shower, took her shopping and always had time for a chat. The carers were incredible.
My family and I also appreciated the wonderful administration staff. They were always responsive, caring and helpful. We had daily updates from each visit and nothing was too much trouble.

I thoroughly recommend the Beeches.

Caroline Smith

Job Title: Care Coordinator - Cirencester and Tetbury

Caroline's career started in office work, both secretarial and accountancy until she had her family. Whilst her boys were young she worked evenings and nights in a nursing home and loved being a carer. When her boys started school she went back into office work again and continued until 2019, when she decided it was time for a career change. During this time Caroline helped to care for her Mum who sadly passed away from cancer and also was the main carer for her Aunt who had dementia until she went into a nursing home.

Caroline had always said she would like to go back into care work, so she applied and got offered a job with The Beeches Homecare Services as a carer, out and about in the community, meeting and helping some lovely Clients. The training and support received gave her confidence in her career change.

In a short time, Caroline was offered the role of senior carer taking on more responsibility. This progressed to a vacancy in the office for the Care Co-ordinator job looking after Cirencester and Tetbury teams.

Caroline says she feels very privileged to be part of the team and is lucky to work for an incredibly caring and professional company, where every single person, both Clients and staff, matter and are fully supported.
