During my time with covid being a vulnerable patient, 3 members of the team were excellent with my care. I do wish though when times change that the office let me know as they don’t and this can put a strain on my mental health and also interrupt my daily plan.

Every carer is great, nice, p[olite and respectful so pleased with whoever runs up but one issue we don't necessarily know from week to week. Have been late but it is not a regular thing and generally, the last client is not near so traffic causes issues.

I have found this service to be excellent. They are very kind and caring with my husband's care. He has very multiple medical problems although he is very sick with a brain tumour they do take a lot of the weight off my shoulders. He also only has 5% sight in one eye and has problems walking. I call
them my Angels

The half-hour help (Mornings) is of great assistance to both my husband and myself.
The Monday to Friday assistance is done with great efficiency. The girl in question is pleasant and willing to help. Obviously, on a Sunday ( we don't have anyone on a Saturday) the person in question is good but unknown
generally to us.

My experience with Bluebird Care has been excellent. I found the management and staff very supportive and professional. They displayed an in-depth knowledge of my father's situation. The office staff dealt with all my calls with efficiency and patience. The carers were always cheerful and hardworking.
I know the staff work in a very stressful environment but always give excellent care.

My uncle was treated with kindness and respect. The main carer and two other regular carers were exceptionable and nothing was too much trouble.
I felt confident when the regular carers were there and my uncle looked forward to their visits.

My support staff are very much appreciated, they meet all my needs consistently and listen to me and anticipate what I may need. I find them thoughtful and supportive at all times and couldn't ask for better.
Very pleasant to have around the house and to go out with and I've visited a variety of different
places with their suggestions and support.

I have been with Bluebird Care on a 24-hour package for approximately a fortnight, up to now I find management friendly and accommodating. The care staff themselves are very attentive and caring. Up to now, I have had no problems with them at all and I would recommend them to friends and family.

We have a meal visit daily and housekeeping twice a week. My mum has accepted the care workers very well and seems to like them. On the whole good. Mum has regular care workers, with only infrequent changes due to holidays etc, which is excellent in covid times with staff shortages.

We have been extremely lucky to experience the positive, professional and caring culture that all my Mum's carers provide.
Even when she is not at her best they help her through her downtimes with personal support that goes way beyond what we expected.
There is an ongoing process of written communication
that keeps us all fully informed of Mum's daily history and if anything unexpected occurs we receive a call to give us an immediate update.

My mum’s live-in carer is amazing. She is constantly looking for ways to meet very changing needs to make Mum’s quality of life as good as possible. After a recent head massage, Mum said she felt like a princess!

Mum has been a client of Bluebird Care since August 2008, her needs have of course changed over this time as she has morphed from a disabled woman, part of a loving marriage, to a widow with hugely complex needs. During this time she has been consistently cared for with the utmost kindness, respect
and skill. Bluebird have excellent policy and practice, training and deploying staff so they can provide this excellent standard of care, and very importantly continuity of care, given by carers who know and value mum as a delightful individual.

Mum is now 90 years old, is living in her own home, surrounded by her own possessions and her cat, in a house she has loved from the first day she saw it over 40 years ago. This can only be maintained because of the quality of care provided by Bluebird. A huge thank you from Mum for facilitating her life, and a huge thank you from me, for enabling me to be a daughter as well as a carer.

Well done for a great job!

My Dad has Alzheimer’s but really wants to stay in his own home. I live 250 miles away so cannot offer normal family support. Knowing that the carers go in every day is extremely reassuring. His main carer is so good at communicating any concerns, even sending me food shopping lists and medication updates
- she even called the Doctor when Dad took a fall (which he didn’t mention to me on the phone!).
Like everyone, I didn’t know what to expect when choosing a care provider for my Dad, however, I can honestly say they have not let me down. I know Dad will eventually need residential care but using Bluebird has given my Dad another 1-2 years of independent living which is what he wants.

Cannot recommend them highly enough.

My mother has had Bluebird for several years. Both she and I have always been very impressed by their staff.
I have also been impressed by their administration. It is also easy to get in touch with someone. If mistakes are made (only very rarely) they are readily corrected.
Bluebird are caring, responsive
and flexible.

The carers are well trained and actually seem to care. The travelling time between clients is often not enough and it doesn't take account of the time of day. A late carer without explanation is very stressful. Note - my only complaint.

The caring professional staff came three times a day to my Father. They carried out their requested duties with care, ensuring Dad was clean, fed, medication given, leaving him comfortable and warm. They treated him with dignity and respect.
