Debi became the Registered Manager of Bluebird Care Enfield In July 2023. As a young adult, Debi embarked on a career in social care, first as a Care Worker furthering her career and education by holding senior management positions.
Debi is also a qualified and experienced teacher and has supported many proprietors and managers through their level 5 Leadership and Management qualifications.
Debi's passion for excellence in the provision of care has never wavered.
