Bluebird Care (Reading, Wokingham, Windsor, Maidenhead and Bracknell) provides care at home to older people and those with learning or physical disabilities. Care at home is a great alternative to a residential care home or nursing home, with care tailored to individual needs.

There is a large team of care assistants supported by a professional and experienced office team who all aim to provide the highest quality home care services to customers. They provide thorough training and support to care staff, with many care workers specialising in caring for people living with dementia, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, terminal illnesses and sensory impairments. The team are also passionate about giving back to the community and have supported local charities such as the Guide Dogs for the Blind, Duchess of Kent House and the Alzheimer's Society.

They are one of the leading home care providers in the area, working closely with local charities and support groups, Reading Borough Council, Wokingham Borough Council and the local CCG.

We have been satisfied from the start. All the carers have been cheerful, amusing and have been keen to satisfy our needs. Using a variety of carers, rather than one dedicated, has been uplifting and stimulating by getting to know them better.

I feel totally comfortable with the support I'm given by this agency. If I have any problem with my skin it is picked up on and an action plan set in motion. I would, and have, recommend the provider on more than one occasion.

My mother has had daily visits from Bluebird since May 2017, to help her wash and dress each morning. The care she receives is reliable, professional and caring and helps her live independently in her own home. It also gives me peace of mind as I know that the carers will look after mum reliably. I
have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird.

The carer is doing a great job looking after my mum as a 'live in' carer. She is eating well and has put on weight, which she needed to do, since the carer started. They go for walks together and go to the shops and get on very well. The carer will also accompany my mum to various social events etc.
My family and I are very pleased with the service that Bluebird Care provide.
