All in all, a very positive experience for the customer, family and Bluebird Care Petersfield.
The customer in question required immediate respite live in care services after coming out of hospital and an immediate response from Bluebird Care was required.
It was agreed with the family that after a months live in care, we would look at re-introducing daily visits to accommodate the customers needs.
Bluebird Care Petersfield then reduced the costs in recognition that daily care workers were not available at the specific times.
