As a team, we are saddened to read your review. After looking into our involvement, the review you have left is not a true reflection of the service provided. We have been established for 22 years and pride ourselves on the high-quality, person-centred care we provide. We are not prepared to publicly evidence the issues we faced with you as this is not appropriate nor professional. It is unfortunate that we had such difficulty working in collaboration with you and your expectations of homecare, including the policies and procedures we abide by. This left us no alternative but to provide notice as we do not tolerate abuse towards our staff or working unsafely. We are open and transparent as a service and all our involvement, and concerns were raised to the Adult Social Care Team. On no occasion did this amount to a cause for concern, our standard and ways of working have never been questioned. We wish your parents the best for the future, it was a pleasure supporting them.
