The care provided by the manager and her team, was exceptional, always cheerful, kind and with my father's best interests at heart. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they cared for him as if he was their own loved one.

The carer who frequently attends is brilliant and she goes the extra mile. She is always pleasant and conscientious. Mainly due to technology, during this past year, I have found communication somewhat hit and miss.

When my dad was coming to the end of his life, the respect and care he received from Broomfield was outstanding. They were there at the end and made a sad and upsetting time more bearable. The whole family have had the best support from them and I can't recommend them enough. They really are amazing
people, who go above and beyond. Thank you, for all you did for us, it meant the world.

From our first day with Broomfield, we have landed on our feet! What care and compassion and also understanding has been given to us as a couple. Nothing is too much trouble. They are reliable, fun-loving, and chatty, we didn't have that experience before. We have been with the company for two weeks
(today!) Feels as though it has been forever. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

If you need home care and are lucky enough to use Broomfield, you should consider yourself extremely fortunate. From the first contact, they have been the most warm-hearted, professional and thoughtful team I have ever encountered in my years as a carer and also working for the NHS. Broomfield looked
after my lovely father-in-law until he passed away recently. Dad looked forward to their visits and they all became like family, we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Broomfield Care.

We used Broomfield care for a year or two prior to my step mum's death. The care was always really consistent and the carers always responded well to unexpected situations with the utmost care, kindness and compassion. I was always so impressed by the carer's attention to those small details that make
the world of difference to elderly people. My stepmom's condition deteriorated at a very difficult time, the carers were incredible. I will never forget their kindness and sensitivity, they all went above and beyond to help me and my dad. Between us, we created such a special space for her passing, filled with love, care and attention. I could not have wished for more. My dad and I will never forget the exceptional care we received. The ladies from Broomfield are exceptional and I will recommend them every time. When my dad needs more care, I will also look forward to them providing the service.

Broomfield carers have been wonderful since they started looking after my mum in January this year. They call once a day in the morning, to help her shower, get dressed and have breakfast. Mum thinks they are all fantastic and I would have no hesitation in recommending Broomfield, based on our experiences

Broomfield made the transition from routine visits to end of life care for my Mum, as seamless as is possible. I was reassured Mum would be cared for by staff who knew her and myself. I was involved in Mum’s care, both Mum and I were treated with the utmost respect and Mum's dignity was maintained.
All staff from managerial to hands-on carers were of an understanding nature and nothing was too much trouble. If ever I require care, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Broomfield Care.

Excellent care and lovely people. My Mother-in-law wanted to stay in her own home as long as possible and Broomfield made that possible. We thank them very much for the time they gave in helping her. They made her life a lot easier and I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot fault the care that is given to my mother. Broomfield are excellent. All carers go the extra mile, taking time to get to know my mother and ensuring that she is happy. There is an exceptional level of care, with meticulous standards of hygiene. All staff wear masks and work hard to keep everything
clean and tidy. I am particularly struck by the friendliness of the staff. I know there are several staff in particular who are absolutely amazing. My mother sees them all as friends rather than carers. We have been incredibly lucky to have Broomfield as carers. We couldn’t ask for better. Thank you.

Broomfield Care treated me with respect at all times. They were very friendly, caring, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave excellent advice regarding pressure sores and rashes. Always encouraging. They always responded by telephone to any queries we had but the attendance rota was not always emailed
to us which meant on a couple of occasions we didn't realise the attendance time had changed. Overall we were delighted with the care provided.

After weeks of trying to manage and stay independent, my relative persuaded me to arrange some personal help. I used Broomfield 5 years ago after a stay in hospital and remembered how considerate and helpful the ladies were. Now I look forward to a weekly visit. I'm glad I rang them as nothing is too
much trouble and we have nice chats and many laughs when they come. I would recommend them to anyone who needs personal care.

I requested help for just a short 30 minutes per day. Broomfield Care Home Care Services was able to supply that help, and did so quite quickly.
On most days, I had a different lady come. They were nice, very pleasant, and helpful, for the short period they were here.
My only negative comment would
be, that it would have been more helpful if the schedule I was supplied with, showing the times they were to come each day, was actually the same as when the carer actually arrived and left.
I would use them again if it was necessary.

I cannot recommend Broomfield Care Home Care highly enough. My 92-year-old father is completely dependent on the care given by the excellent team from Broomfield Care who look after him in his own home. On average they visit him 4 times a day.
Not only do they attend to his considerable physical needs
but the holistic care they offer is second to none. They nurture his emotional needs and have really got to know him and his requirements! He is always treated with respect and dignity which is very much appreciated by his 4 children.
He really looks forward to seeing each one of the carers.
This is important at all times as I live a long way away, but it has been particularly vital during the pandemic when other visiting for Dad has been so limited.
Everyone at Broomfield is fantastic - including the admin team who organise the rota and are always very responsive when we have a query.

All of the carers are lovely with my parents. As well as the care they provide my dad, they are also lovely company for Mum and Dad. The staff in the office are always very responsive and supportive. I would happily recommend to others.

Vicky Hall

Job Title: Company Owner and Registered Manager

Vicky Hall, the owner of Broomfield Care, has over 20 years of experience at the sharp end of care. She has provided care and support in a variety of different roles, from working with vulnerable adults and children in care to working in care homes for the elderly and for people with learning disabilities.


Vicky established Broomfield Care at the beginning of 2008. Shortly before this her Grandmother had become older and needed additional support. However, when Vicky tried to organise home care for her, she couldn’t find a company that matched up to her high expectations of quality care, delivered by dedicated and committed staff.


Vicky then decided to set up her own business providing care for others at the level she believed everyone was entitled to. She named the company after the hamlet her Grandmother had lived in, Broomfield in Kent.


At Broomfield Care, Vicky is supported by a hand-picked team of dedicated, committed and highly-skilled professionals.
