On my visit in September and previous visits, to a friend, I would like to congratulate all the care staff for their competence in performing their duties. They showed great respect and care along with friendliness and humour which, in my view, is extremely important in the communication and interaction

What can I not say about the care team, I could fill pages and pages about them. They are the salt of the earth! If they were fighting a war, they'd be the crack troops for the way they manage to deal with what may be around every corner.
Care given is flawless day after day and this is shown in the
face of my mother.

All of our carers are thoroughly professional, friendly, very efficient and go above and beyond what is expected of them. In short, they are truly angels.

The service is simply exceptional.
My mother is not only treated with the utmost respect and compassion but the friendly way in which she is cared for makes me and my brothers feel like she is being looked after by friends and not paid carers. I cannot recommend highly enough!

It is amazing that, no matter what, the carers enter my parent's home in a polite, friendly manner and provide excellent care. The cleaning up of the toileting mess is no bother to them and they have provided so much care and support to motivate my dad to get up every day, even when he doesn’t want
to. A million thank yous to all involved.

The care has been very positive. The staff have taken time to get to know our aunt very well. They show compassion, humour when appropriate and act immediately when needed. They have an exceptional relationship and during social visits, chat personally to our aunt.

My father had been receiving care from Call-In Homecare since November 2019. The carers have been lovely but the organisation at the office has been problematic. My father died in January this year while under their care. The care stopped immediately but we have had no phone call, no email or any messages
of condolence to mark the passing of this much-loved man who was one of their clients. We have been very hurt by this lack of communication and see it as a sign of an agency that does not put their clients at the centre of their operation.

My experience with your staff has been excellent. The only complaint I have is the morning call. I would prefer 8.00 to 8.30 if possible.
The girls have been excellent, always cheery and obliging.

My mother has a care package with visits four times a day to help with her personal care and to provide lunch and dinner. The care has been excellent and my mother (and father) are very fond of the carers. Although the package is for my mother, they look out for my father too. Only slight negative (that
has been raised) is my Mum gets anxious when asked to do things she cannot do.

After a few hiccups to begin the care package. My mum has now got regular carers. These carers go over and above to make my mums day the best.
They always make sure mum is happy and comfortable and she wants for nothing.

Excellent service in the care delivered to my Aunt. I've been with my Aunt the last 6 days and witnessed the care delivered. The staff are caring, professional, perceptive of my Aunt's needs. Treat her with dignity and respect. Chat with her in all aspects of the day. Ensure she has the total care to
enable her to live in her own home. They do all they say on the web site. They are so friendly and ensure all is documented and kept updated. Uniforms are clean and tidy. They adhere to the uniform policy. As a professional nurse, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Call-In Care to look after anyone. Thank you to you all you've given my family peace of mind as I live 300 miles away and visit four times a year. Can`t recommend you enough.

This company have looked after my mother for 3 years now. The carers are kind, considerate and very reliable. They are well trained, know exactly what my mother likes/dislikes. I have never had any problems at all with them, they are a great support to both my mum and I, and I can't thank them enough!

My dad received outstanding care from this company over a period of two and a half years. The support staff at the office were brilliant and ever so accommodating. My dad had regular carers from day one and they have been absolutely professional and really amazing. We've had another agency providing
a service before and they could not ever measure up to the standard Call in Homecare provided.
