I'm very pleased with all the girls and teams who work in my flat. They give a lot of dignity. I am not a well man. They work hard and I'm happy. It's not easy for me so I'm very grateful. I feel better for them working to help me and they do. I'm very grateful. They are nice, considerate, hardworking
and kind.

My brother had care provided for over two years. During that time, his health deteriorated but the care provided catered for his growing needs. The staff were friendly, respectful and kind. I felt my brother was in "good hands" throughout this time. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending

I am writing this to extend my thanks and best wishes to Care Force for the care and support that all the team have extended towards my father. Nothing has been too much trouble and the team of both office and visiting support staff during my father’s recovery from both falls and other challenges has
been excellent. In general, the response time for change of instructions has been excellent and I have appreciated very much the fact that you can call, speak to the same management staff and they know you by name and client information which I find to be excellent, thank you. All in all, an excellent and reliable service which extends above and beyond just providing practical care, thank you. The team continue to be supportive, great communicators and in every way possible and helpful, their number one mission is to provide the best possible care to their clients. I have met a number of their care workers and they are friendly, professional and extremely warm and friendly, almost family.

Very helpful as I can't do things for myself. Most carers are pleasant and obliging. Will feed me, do shopping, get papers and even do practical things sometimes e.g. the carer put up new curtains/changing lightbulbs/ tightening plug on fan heater. The manager will change time if I request an earlier
time slot. Company during the days during lockdown as I don't see a soul.

The care requirements for my elderly mother changed dramatically and very quickly during December 2021. Care Force responded immediately and have put in place a support package to meet her changed needs. All of the people who have been involved have been professional, helpful, compassionate and sensitive
to her requirements. The ease of dealing with them was certainly helpful in making a difficult situation less stressful. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

The carers that look after my elderly mum, who has Alzheimer's, have been very patient, caring and compassionate. They engage in conversation and make her laugh, keeping her spirits up. They go above and beyond and have given me some helpful tips to make her life more fulfilling. I'm so very grateful

Care Force have been helping my mother since 2020. They are all kind, caring, professional, helpful, reliable, kind and supportive. Communication is excellent, care is excellent
It's easy to concentrate on the client but Care Force equally support my dad as her main carer.

We have used Care Force for a number of years for first my father, then my mother. Great carers, always helpful and gentle with them.
Mom could be a little difficult at times but the ladies were always very good with her.

Mum has needed more care over the last few months, and Care Force have responded often at short notice to any changes that are required. One lady, in particular, has always been so helpful in organising changes to Mum's care plan. The carers have always been helpful and accommodating to Mums needs.

The carers are all very pleasant and helpful. They are very good with my parents, and in particular, with my father, who is showered regularly. They also do breakfast, lunches and evening meals for them. They chat with my mother and also engage with my father, who has dementia. He may only say 'ye'
or 'no' in reply to a question, but it means a lot to him, and will always smile and say thank you to the carers.

My mother started in July 2020 with the carer going into her home once a day, which, after two months, changed to twice a day. Since the end of October, this has been four times a day.
The care she has received has been excellent and is helping to keep her at home during these difficult times. We are
very pleased with all the carers who are helping her.

Our Dad received care from various care providers during his stay at his bungalow. I have to say Care Force was definitely exemplary, I would recommend them as a firm to anyone I knew needed help. A personal thank you for me and my sister isn't enough to describe how wonderful they have all been in

Michelle Coates

Job Title: Registered Care Manager

I began my carer at Care Force in 1998, as a carer while studying at University. I left Care Force in 2007 and worked across a number of fields including public health and the local council but mainly within the Housing sector. I worked with a range of specialised and vulnerable client groups including young people, women and men escaping domestic abuse and homeless adults.


After 10 years I decided on a career change and following redundancy I took a year off and decided to return to care. I came back to the care Force as a carer in April 2014 and became the Care Coordinator in August of the same year, when the new role was created.


In January 2020 I became the registered manager. I was born and raised in Bromsgrove and understand the needs of the local community. I am extremely proud of the team at Care Force and we all are committed to providing the best service we can for our service users.
