I have found Care Force to be so supportive to my mother and me at this difficult time. The care is excellent and professional. We have used Care Force for many years and staff are loyal and dedicated to their job. The practices are always excellent and nothing is too much to do for Mum. Also, staff/managers
are always available at the end of the phone - very reassuring!

Following the death of her husband, the carers provided excellent support in helping my mother-in-law. They were compassionate, caring and understanding during a very difficult time. The carers are always helpful and friendly and without them, she could not remain at home.

I required short term care due to a neurological condition which severely affected my mobility and the ability to do all the things I used to do independently. The Care Force team offered me invaluable care and support. All the staff are very professional, understanding and sensitive to my individual
needs. All the staff treated me with respect and dignity which was of the utmost importance to me as I have always been fiercely independent. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

The care my mother receives is a consistenly high standard. Following a fall at home, the carer was excellent in dealing with the situation. They dealt with the emergency services, contacted family while ensuring my mom was safe and comfortable. An excellent service overall. I would highly recommend.

Throughout the time Care Force looked after my mother she was treated with dignity, respect and great care. The staff were efficient but formed a link with my mother who enjoyed their visits. No visit was missed with carers walking through snow to make calls. I absolutely trusted them as did my mother
and their help endured her independence and meant she was able to stay in her own home. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Michelle Coates

Job Title: Registered Care Manager

I began my carer at Care Force in 1998, as a carer while studying at University. I left Care Force in 2007 and worked across a number of fields including public health and the local council but mainly within the Housing sector. I worked with a range of specialised and vulnerable client groups including young people, women and men escaping domestic abuse and homeless adults.


After 10 years I decided on a career change and following redundancy I took a year off and decided to return to care. I came back to the care Force as a carer in April 2014 and became the Care Coordinator in August of the same year, when the new role was created.


In January 2020 I became the registered manager. I was born and raised in Bromsgrove and understand the needs of the local community. I am extremely proud of the team at Care Force and we all are committed to providing the best service we can for our service users.

Before joining Care Force I worked as a recruitment consultant for 13 years working alongside Birmingham Children’s’ Trust coordinating supervised contact for foster children and their birth families and prior to that I worked as an office manager for Allied Carpets for 20 years working across the West Midlands.”
