The care provided by the carers is excellent. They treat my wife with dignity and as a friend. My only concerns revolve around communication of care time changes which for a diabetic goes mean alterations in insulin doses.

I have found Care Force to be an exemplary organisation, always willing to make changes to improve the care provided. I have had them come in to support both my mother for the last 5 years and more recently my father. The Managers also deserves considerable praise, coming in to provide care themselves
in order to understand the problems for themselves, supporting both staff and relatives.

Extremely satisfied with the service provided. Carers are very friendly and always willing to help. Never had a problem changing attendance times to fit in with my doctor/hospital appointments etc. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company or any of their carers.

After returning home from a lengthy hospital stay. My family insisted that I get some home help. Care Force was not only the cheapest provider they were also the friendliest and professional when we had our needs review. I like the consistency of having the same carers daily at the same time. They
have been very reliable even making it in snowy weather. All of my carers have been lovely and friendly and brighten my day by having a friendly face and story to tell.

I can't thank the staff and carers at Care Force for looking after my 97-year-old Mom so well. Mom enjoys the visits from both staff. Carers who show a great interest in her wellbeing. The consistency of the same carers visiting each week is a great help to Mom. Couldn't ask for more. Each and everyone
deserves medals for their excellent work.

My parents have 24-hour care provide by a team of carers from Care Force. All the team members are excellent, professional, friendly, thoughtful and kind. They treat my parents with respect and dignity and provide not only high-quality care but also companionship. They recognise that it is important
to have a sense of humour and then laughter can sometimes be the best medicine. The carers work well as a team and support each other, which is very important as they do a tough job.
The care manager, especially, is fantastic. She manages the care team with sensitivity and good humour, provides back up care herself and ensures problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. She is also extremely good as are the care team at liaising with family members.

During my time with Care Force I have received excellent care on the whole. Carers are friendly, efficient, giving me the care that I need. I can always ask for extra if I need it. It is always a pleasure when they arrive for a call. Health and hygiene always used.

We have used this care provider for 4 1/2 years and generally have found the care to be good. Staff always polite. During the recent bad weather, they have supplied care and made sure someone turned up which we were very grateful of. Any issues have always been dealt with on both sides.

The service is excellent and all the carers are very polite, clean and tidy and respect my wishes. In the bad weather, those on duty all braved the elements and turned up smiling. As quoted in the papers, they all deserve a medal.

I always found the carers to be kind and thoughtful and professional. I found it very easy to communicate with office staff and they were always pro-active to accommodate any changes to the needs of my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law enjoys meeting and getting to know the carers and always pleased with

Michelle Coates

Job Title: Registered Care Manager

I began my carer at Care Force in 1998, as a carer while studying at University. I left Care Force in 2007 and worked across a number of fields including public health and the local council but mainly within the Housing sector. I worked with a range of specialised and vulnerable client groups including young people, women and men escaping domestic abuse and homeless adults.


After 10 years I decided on a career change and following redundancy I took a year off and decided to return to care. I came back to the care Force as a carer in April 2014 and became the Care Coordinator in August of the same year, when the new role was created.


In January 2020 I became the registered manager. I was born and raised in Bromsgrove and understand the needs of the local community. I am extremely proud of the team at Care Force and we all are committed to providing the best service we can for our service users.

Before joining Care Force I worked as a recruitment consultant for 13 years working alongside Birmingham Children’s’ Trust coordinating supervised contact for foster children and their birth families and prior to that I worked as an office manager for Allied Carpets for 20 years working across the West Midlands.”
