Care Promise Limited is a Domiciliary Care Agency based in Stafford town centre. A full range of services are provided to meet each person’s individual needs and to allay the worry of people coping at home on their own.

Care Promise has an experienced group of Senior Care Assessors that will discuss plans of care with service users and their family, if they wish, in order to set realistic and achievable goals, whilst promoting a person’s choice, dignity and self-esteem.

Care Promise is proud to engage high quality, experienced and qualified care team that is dedicated to a comprehensive training and supervision programme to ensure they can deliver the best possible care to clients and provide comfort and reassurance in their daily lives.

Marie Thorpe is the owner and manager of Care Promise with 35 years’ experience working as Community Nursing Sister, Care Home Owner and Community Care Provider. Marie is committed to providing a professional and friendly service to allow people to maintain their quality of life in their own home. Care Promise is rated GOOD in all 5 areas of Safety, Effectiveness, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led in the most recent CQC report and is committed to continually improving care to service users.

Care Promise Ltd deliver a friendly reliable and reassuring service. They use their initiative when things get difficult and are always professional. They make family members feel part of the team and we cannot manage without them. Excellent service!
