We have engaged with Care Remedies Ltd for the last five years in the daily care of our Mother who is eighty eight years of age and our Father who is ninety one years of age, in their own respective homes. Care Remedies Ltd staff have been well presented, neat and tidy in their uniforms, polite and
caring. They have administered medication when required, in accordance with their instructions and checking with us if anything needs our attention or further action. They have been able to adapt and re-arrange their staff visits to assist in preparation for medical appointments. As the advancing age related conditions have developed, the carers have dealt respectfully with all issues. We have kept in regular contact with the office to discuss issues and acted to assist. We have no concerns regarding this care organisation and nothing but praise for their assistance. With grateful thanks to all carers and administration staff for their kind and caring attention.
