My father has dementia but thanks to Care Together he is able to stay in his own home. The carers are all lovely, he gets on well with them all and looks forward to seeing them every day. They listen to him and they leave me messages if anything needs attention or phone if it’s more urgent. During the
lockdown they also took over his cleaning which was a godsend. They have never let us down, they are so reliable and I would recommend them to anyone.

The carers are prompt and there is an effort to maintain consistency of carers. When my father fell in the house they dealt with the situation calmly and called an ambulance. On his return, the carer was there to meet him and settle him back into the house. He has set times for care when they are to
come which helps my father organise his day. The manager is happy to meet to discuss his ongoing needs and has been helpful in planning future care.

They look after my mum so well and she is so pleased to know that they come when arranged. It is so good to know she is getting looked after so well whilst I can’t get there due to COVID-19, and the staff let us know how she is and her wellbeing.

My aunt had outstanding care right up to the end. All carers demonstrated compassion, professionalism, excellent communication opportunities, and endeavoured to maintain my aunt's dignity throughout her care. There was genuine affection shared between all staff and my aunt. It takes a good leadership
team to have these consistent outstanding qualities in all the staff and that is why Care Together epitomises their name. They really do all care together.

I regard myself as extremely fortunate to be cared for by Care Together. The carers are efficient, but also kind, gentle, considerate and it really is a pleasure having them. They also always come at the time stated. One can always be sure of that. They deserve the utmost praise and I do thank them
so much for making it possible for me to carry on living in my own home.

Care Together are professional and reliable and of course extremely well trained just as one would expect or hope for. What they add to this perfect caring service is the degree of support to the family as well as the client. They are available at any time and go out of their way to make things as easy
as possible at what is a difficult time and they do so with grace and good humour when appropriate I cannot recommend them enough.

Care Together work as a cohesive unit to provide my mother with excellent care, friendship and support.
As my mother's dementia progresses and changes, Care Together change, adjust and update their care plan to suit.
They are also proactive in finding outside activities for my mother to enjoy and
escort her to. A wonderful and delightful company to deal with.

Care Together is an extremely professional agency who have supported my mother and ourselves as a family for the past three years. This is a highly organised and caring service. The staff are polite, friendly and competent. They are prompt, reliable and advertise any changes in advance. Careful monitoring of all aspects of care is undertaken and we cannot fault these lovely people. It is a real "family" atmosphere amongst them.

My mother was initially hostile to the idea of any outside help provided to her in her home but now has nothing but praise for Care Together. The first visit to ascertain her needs was very sensitively handled, and put my mother completely at ease, and the allocated helper has been a great success.
The decision to set aside 15 minutes at the end of the session for a friendly chat, has helped enormously to combat loneliness and provide a new friend outside her family.

My Mother has been using Care Together for 5 years. Throughout that period, the standard has always remained very high. This agency consistently shows a real interest in its customers and will do those extra things that make a difference to someone's quality of life.

We are very pleased with this care agency. They are caring and helpful. Recently when we had an emergency situation they responded quickly and appropriately and continued to care even, after the emergency was over. They stayed in touch to make sure we were able to manage the situation and I knew
I could call on them if I needed any help. I particularly appreciated the personal touch and their genuine care and compassion.

The carers always do what is required courteously and efficiently.
They are always punctual and correctly dressed.
They are considerate, patient and encouraging.
They are cheerful and make me laugh, particularly if I am a bit down.
They are a pleasure to work with.
The management team are helpful
in placing carers I get on especially well with as much as possible.
They went above and beyond their normal help when my late husband was ill and arranged extra support at short notice.
I could not manage without them all.

I would certainly recommend this care company.
I am treated as an individual who really matters to them.
They are polite and friendly and I enjoy their company.
As a team of carers, they communicate well and like to speak to any family members when they visit.
I appreciate all their help.

The service was extremely reliable over the six years that we used Care Together. I or my sisters were always consulted as part of the care planning process, mostly by email or else by phone. The care staff were without exception very kind and respectful to my parents. With their positive and jovial
manners, they were able to get my father who was slipping into Alzheimer's responding back which was a delight to see. At the same time they were very professional in the physical care they were providing and he always seemed comfortable with being washed, dressed, moved around, etc. Contact with the office was very efficient. They certainly made our father's last few years more comfortable and enabled him to stay at home until his final year. They are continuing to support our mother on an occasional basis now that she is in a care home, mostly taking her back to visit old friends in the village or attend dentist and hospital appointments and the like. We strongly recommend Care Together.

My Dad has been having care provided by this agency for about four months. One session a week for social support and another for support while having a bath. I have been able to work closely with the staff to initiate the carers, introduce them to Dad and increase support as needed. Nothing has been
too much trouble for them and my Dad is always pleased to see the carers who are always friendly, respectful, smart and caring. My Dad was ill before Xmas and while he was still poorly then so was I. I was too poorly to be able to care for him for a short time. I was able to phone the emergency number and get help.
My Dad lives with me and as a carer, I feel hugely supported by this company which then enables me to have more strength to care for my Dad.

The service that Care Together gives is wonderful. Their team of Carers are caring, efficient, cheerful, experienced and everything one could wish for. Generally, they have been very supportive to me and Mother who suffers from severe dementia and cannot communicate.


The office staff also are great,

always cheerful, helpful and efficient.


I use another agency for care for my aunt and they are not nearly so good.


I would recommend the Agency wholeheartedly.
