Our carer is excellent, she is always punctual, works her full period she is expected to and is very hardworking. She is extremely kind and caring towards my mother, they speak the same language, she understands my mother's needs fully and understands her limitations and care requirements. We are very

It is very nice to have carers who speak Gujarati as my mum's English is limited. Carers are well trained. They are polite and have a little chat with my mum after they have finished, she enjoys that.

Mum says she is happy with the service. She likes the cultural effect where she has all Indian speaking carers which she requested.
They are all very friendly and very good. They are punctual.

My mother has had 24/7 live-in care with Caremark since May 2023. Everything this agency and their carers have done for her is first class and I can't thank them or recommend them enough.
There is a very clear and stated policy of a main carer being on duty for five weeks followed by a week's break.
Not only is the main carer incredible both as a professional and an individual but Caremark also tend to provide the same replacement carer for the week's break and she is excellent too.
Live-in care is never cheap but you also will pay a lot less with Caremark than other agencies the family and I have come across.

The carers are good and give positive action for my wife and make her happy. As she is unstable and requiring assistance, the carers are so wonderful, giving her positivity and making her move. The carers give more health advice with issues, to keep her clean and mobile with her assisted walking stick/frame.
These carers are wonderful and so friendly, make you happy/smile and they do some small snacks at times, to make her daily care for and feed herself.

The care is excellent every day. We get WhatsApp updated every day. My mum requires physio every day and she has improved amazingly. Her meals are all prepared well and discussed with my mum and enjoyed.

He has over 30 years of experience in the accounting profession, running his own accountancy practice before starting up Caremark in Harrow with Varsha. Girish oversees Corporate Governance, Business Strategy, Compliance and Finance.

Varsha's background before starting up Caremark Harrow is in sales and recruitment. Prior to setting up Caremark Harrow with Girish, she worked for over 10 years in sales in the Pharmaceutical industry. Varsha oversees Operations, Marketing and Training and is the Registered Care Manager.

Anne Byrne-Devine

Ann joined Caremark from another care provider in 2013 as a Field Care Supervisor, a position she has fulfilled excellently in two different care companies before joining Caremark. Ann has a wealth of education and knowledge in operational duties in social care, care plan formulation, ergonomics and biomechanics and compliance with a person-centred approach. She possesses a great empathetic understanding of others and is also a qualified therapeutic counsellor, working on a placement for a local charity to support others. After working with Caremark Harrow for many years as a Field Care Supervisor and then a Business Development Officer, Ann took on the role of Care Manager in 2022.

Bhavna has many years of experience in the care industry. She started her career as a care assistant for the NHS before joining another local care provider as a Field Care Supervisor.
