Care staff work hard to help people to live independently at home. Staff are vetted and trained carefully. They are only selected once they have been fully referenced and DBS checked. They are then fully trained before being placed with clients on a permanent basis.

Thank you so much, Caremark. Caremark provided me with support which I am grateful. I am honestly mentally ill and physically ill, but I feel much better when I see my carer from Caremark, she washes the dishes, sweeps the floor, mops the floor, cleans the toilet and bathroom, and cleans the coffee
table. I love her, we have grown to respect one another. If she is running late or can't make it, she calls. She is also caring, if I am too ill, she bathes me. I am so lucky to have Caremark, thank you Caremark as an organisation, they are very well organised, trained and I thank them. They send a memo every week and call to thank you!

I used another company like Caremark, they were not so useful. Then I was introduced to Caremark, it changed my life forever.
I have been disabled for a few years now and it helps when you know someone cares for you. That's exactly what Caremark does. I have a cleaner, she cares for me socially, physically
and she also deals with me personally. I grew to love her. It's so nice to have staff and management work together thank you Caremark. You're the best and one in a million.

He has over 30 years of experience in the accounting profession, running his own accountancy practice before starting up Caremark in Harrow with Varsha. Girish oversees Corporate Governance, Business Strategy, Compliance and Finance.

Varsha's background before starting up Caremark Harrow is in sales and recruitment. Prior to setting up Caremark Harrow with Girish, she worked for over 10 years in sales in the Pharmaceutical industry. Varsha oversees Operations, Marketing and Training and is the Registered Care Manager.

Anne Byrne-Devine

Job Title: Care Manager

Joined: 2013

Ann joined Caremark from another care provider in 2013 as a Field Care Supervisor, a position she has fulfilled excellently in two different care companies before joining Caremark. Ann has a wealth of education and knowledge in operational duties in social care, care plan formulation, ergonomics and biomechanics and compliance with a person-centred approach. She possesses a great empathetic understanding of others and is also a qualified therapeutic counsellor, working on a placement for a local charity to support others. After working with Caremark Harrow for many years as a Field Care Supervisor and then a Business Development Officer, Ann took on the role of Care Manager in 2022.

Bhavna has many years of experience in the care industry. She started her career as a care assistant for the NHS before joining another local care provider as a Field Care Supervisor.
