The carers have been helping me to live independently. They have been very helpful, in me trying to adapt to organising my flat, keeping it tidy and clean, and cooking and shopping.

A very good service and all the carers who come to my mother's are very professional and caring when dealing with a very elderly person.

My mum had carers twice a day to help at meal times and light domestic duties. Mum always looked forward to their visits. She always enjoyed chatting and having a laugh with them, helped break up the day for her. She said all carers were lovely. I met a few of them and felt they were all friendly and
professional too.

The Caremark team supported my elderly parents in so many different ways and helped them to live independently in their home for as long as possible. The carers were always smiling and cheerful and treated my parents with respect and dignity. They often went above and beyond - two examples of this were
when my father's hearing aids urgently needed new batteries and one of the carers provided these free of charge. Another example that springs to mind was when my father was discharged from hospital and needed further supplies of incontinence pants - again, the Caremark carer made a special errand to their office to get some for him. Nothing was too much trouble and it made a huge, positive difference to my parents and the rest of the family. Sadly, my parents have now had to go into a residential care home as they can no longer live independently - but they will never forget the kindnesses of their Caremark carers.

I really do not know what I would do without the carers. My life is quite hard but I really do not know what I would do without the carers' visit. They really do what I ask for, perhaps not always perfect but nobody asks for perfect. Wish we had the same person more often.

We have two carers from Caremark every evening. They wash my wife and clean her teeth before hoisting her from her wheelchair to bed. There is a pool of carers who look after her. They do a fabulous job and are always cheerful, despite their visit for 45-minutes being their last of the evening.

The team of carers were uniformly good, skilful and well trained. They could act pro-actively in many areas, anticipating one's needs. Talking to them it was clear they had knowledge and experience far beyond their duties. I admired the reporting system which allowed carers to know exactly what was
going on with a client. I enjoyed many laughs with them and I had much encouragement with my therapy. The small mark down reflects pressures on the system beyond their control.

I am very pleased that someone recommended Caremark to me when my previous care group disbanded. The carers are all nice and friendly, and apart from providing care, they also provide companionship. Very important as I live alone now.

My wife joins me in being very grateful for the cheerful, helping and friendly care that she has received and will continue to receive.
