Aspire UK's services include:

Home Care General: Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, 24 hour care, Waking and Sleep-in Services, Companionship, Respite Care, Dementia, End of Life Care, Live In Care and Help with appointments like doctors, hospital, etc.

Complex Care Services: for clients with Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Motor Neuron Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Learning Disabilities, Autism etc.

The clinical services the team provide include:

- Respiratory management such as non-invasive ventilation, cough assist and oral suction
- Tracheostomy care including tracheal suction and changes
- Gastrostomy feeding
- Medication management
- Epilepsy management and Buccal Midazolam Administration
- Stoma and Catheter care
- Moving and handling, including hoisting

The branch works in partnership with Leicester City Council & Leicestershire County Council, NHS and GPs as well as a number of charities.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional service and compassionate care provided by Aspire UK for my bed-ridden grandmother. From day one, their team has shown professionalism, warmth and dedication in ensuring her comfort and well-being at home.
The carers are incredibly attentive and thorough, treating
my grandmother with the utmost respect and kindness. Every carer she has interacted with takes the time to talk with her, listen to her stories and make her feel valued and cared for, which means so much to her and to our entire family.
I must give a special mention to two particular carers.
The management team has also been excellent. They communicate regularly, keeping us informed of any updates or changes in her care plan and are quick to address any questions or concerns we might have. This level of transparency has been incredibly reassuring for us.
I highly recommend Aspire to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care for a loved one.

My experience with Aspire is that the caring standards are very professional coordinators who are two highly respected and very professional ladies and all their carers are well trained and professional except one coordinator who is so rude and unprofessional but all the rest of their staff are well

The carers who came were all incredibly caring, professional and competent at what they did. During an incredibly distressing time during the end-of-life care of my mum the carers were always reassuring and ensured Mum felt safe. They were always client-focused and ensured Mum's dignity was prioritised.
The carers were like angels in human form and they made this period of time peaceful and supported my mum in a good death.

My mother's carers were always very polite and compassionate about her needs and patient as she became slower and her condition worsened. My mother looked forward to their visits and enjoyed many happy and funny conversations.

The team at Aspire has been looking after my mother for over ten years now. The carers are most of the time regular, so Mother has got used to them. They are mostly Gujarati/Punjabi speaking. The care and service they provide is excellent. The manager and team at the head office are also excellent.

My wife has been under Aspire's care for the past 7 years and they have delivered excellent care so far. The carers look after her every day needs with full compassion, and friendliness and they all speak Hindi/Gujarati. I would recommend Aspire to anyone needing care for their loved ones.

We received a very professional and caring service from the carers. They flexed to suit our, sometimes demanding, needs.
Punctual and always on call or at the end of the phone. Medical and dietary advice was always useful and on offer in difficult situations. My father's end-of-life care was brilliant
and very sympathetic, always checking to see if the family were okay and comforted.

Aspire UK, Leicester, has been providing care to our mother for the past eight months. Aspire provides a truly excellent and supportive service that allows loved ones to stay in their own homes. This is the first time our mother has had home carers and Aspire made the whole process comfortable and reassuring
from the very beginning for both our mother and us, as a family. The carers and our care co-ordinator are all very kind, compassionate, caring and supportive. The carers we use are all Gujarati-speaking which made the transition to home care much easier for our mother. They treat our mother with dignity and respect as if she was part of their own family. The care coordinator is also brilliant - she is very responsive and has supported us, as a family, from day one to provide a seamless service. We are very happy with Aspire and would recommend their services to all. Thank you to you all - keep up the fantastic work!

Aspire UK, Leicester provide an excellent service to my mother. My mum and we as a family are very happy. All the carers who attend to my mother are very friendly, caring, supportive, and helpful. All the carers who attend to our mother communicate to her to cheer her up. They work selflessly. If there
are any issues and if we ring Aspire UK they immediately resolve the issue. It is one of the best service providers and once again would like to say my mother is more than 100% happy with the service provided by all the carers and also Aspire UK, Leicester. Please keep up the great work Aspire and all your carers are providing. If a carer suspects something is not right with my mother they will immediately ring us and advise. This we have found very useful and caring.

We are using Aspire UK service for my husband for the last (more than) ten years and we are very happy with the service and care provided to my husband. We always receive regular carers who know my husband’s needs. The carers are fully trained and always treat my husband with respect and dignity. The

Been using the services of Aspire UK for 2 and a half years now. The carers are fantastic. The company tries to send the same carers most of the time which is very helpful as they understand my father's needs and they get on well. Also, the carers are well-trained, polite, professional, and helpful.
They often cheer up my father when he is down. I would recommend Aspire UK without hesitation.

I can not thank Aspire UK enough for what they have done. If it was not for them, we would not have had carers for my grandma during the toughest time in our life. My family household had all fallen ill due to covid. The carers we had refused to attend as most of the members had tested positive, even
though my grandma was negative as we had taken every precaution possible. This left me looking after 3 members each in their own room isolating and looking after my gran and homeschooling 4-year-old twins. I called Director from Aspire and within 24 hours he arranged carers for my gran. It's now been 6 months we have had them and all I can say is I'm amazed at their service, extremely professional and caring. Always on time and take the utmost care of my gran. We have been through 3 different care companies and this is far most the best service we have ever had.

Trish is the Registered & Operations Manager for Aspire UK. Trish has worked in the Health & Social Care Sector for over 40 years in various roles but the last 30yrs have been in management, managing Care Homes for Adults and Children, Supported Living and Home Care Organisations.


Trish oversees both our Homecare and Complex Care Divisions.


In her spare time, Trish loves baking cakes, travelling as well long walks with her dogs.

Jaspreet has been working in the health and social care sector for more than a decade. She started as a Care Coordinator and progressed to Recruitment and then Training Manager. Kasey has worked in children's homes prior to working for Aspire UK. Kasey joined the team in 2022 as a Quality Monitoring Officer and loves what she does. She support both our clients and care staff out in the field.
